5 starsAs with most things everyone must have different experiences. For me I was barely breathing check to check paying minimum on my credit cards. After receiving a number of letters from credit associates every so often and consideration each time to pull the trigger I finally did. I called, leerily ,I was instructed to basically abandon those credit cards, stop paying. Eerily I did. About a good 4 to 5 months went by , big time drops on my credit score and then negotiations started happening. But throughout those months really didn't sit right and I was a little uneasy. But then Boom! This one got paid off , that one got paid off and soon all 7 cards were paid in full in about 1 yr. Now my credit score is actually better then when I called the company. 3 starsThey took over my debt instantly. Helpful in which you don't have to talk to creditors and they do. Got them to almost half of what I owed. But they make up with charging you a fee for every negotiation they make. The more you owe the more they charge. In which is why I gave 3 stars. 1 starWhen I signed on with them, they said they would stop negotiating within 2 months.So I called after three months and still nothing being done after paying five I decided to stop payment and get my money back.. I called the gentleman there approximately 3 weeks ago.And he said that I could keep the 3 payments.225, which would be ****************************************************************** July which was a complete lie now.I call because they made me negative demanding my money back and they say they're i'm getting no money back.. Everything's a lie and then they tell me.They solved the case which was the smallest case which was the last case that should have beenvolved and gave them five dollars out of my eleven hundred.Credit Associates, LLC
