    I am very satisfied with the products and services of this company. They are not a scam. I was skeptical when I made my first purchase from them and received the incorrect frames. However once I made them aware of the error they corrected it immediately and sent me a replacement at no additional charge. I have ordered from them twice since then and have recommended them to my family and friends. I could not be happier.

    I ordered 2 pair of prescription glasses 11-12-22 for $200 haven’t received my glasses tracking info doesn’t make since can’t contact anyone for refund phone number doesn’t work and emails are not answered all I want at this point is my money back

    I ordered a pair of glasses in October I received them and that’s why I ordered more wish I wouldn’t have

    My first order was placed on 11/2/2022. USPS delivered them to me in Queens, NY 11106 on 11/10/2022 (Advanced shipping was recommended). I removed the delivery from my mailbox on 11/12/2022. I immediately opened the box, removed the glasses and put them on. 2 Thumbs Up! Then I ordered another pair. Even though I didn’t receive the $5 discount for the first purchase, I am still doing business with them when I see frames that compliment me. Also, I did not understand who their tracking carrier would finally be since they were outside of the USA, I didn’t worry because I used a reliable banking card which assists in case of fraud.

    I ordered some glasses and paid to have them delivered ahead of time. The tracking Number says they were delivered somewhere in Texas, I live in Louisiana. I have no idea where they got the Texas address from?
    And no one seems to answer from customer service.
    Pretty sure I just got played.

    This company sucks I ordered 4 frames I received them they were all too big so I sent back the way Zeelool informed me via email ...I mailed out at ups store on 10/22/2022 today is November 1 , 2022..and still no refund, Zeelool via email telling me I only turned in 2 frames and I did not I returned all 4 they want to give me 16.00 refund...I bought 4 frames totalling 58.00 plus whatever for shipping my total was about 73.00 but they want to give me 16.00 refund ...u call number they never answer just a horrible site to order from

    Nothing but praise from me! I love the glasses I’ve gotten from here. I ordered 4 prescription pairs for $90 shipped the first time and fell in love! I just received my second order of 4 prescription pairs for $80 shipped (after a discount code and my credit points ????). I haven’t had to deal with returns or customer service, but my prescription is spot on, prices are fantastic, glasses are super cute and I’m really happy!

    They say they receive the order, send you endless tracking details none of which is real. They will take your money and scam you. Said they delivered, but it’s no where to be found. The USPS office never received or delivered nor have record of this tracking info. The Local post office worked hard to help. Zeelol can’t be reached. Buyer beware!

    I received a text today 10/4/2022 stating my package was delivered at 3:55 but this is untrue. I ordered almost 85.00 worth of glasses and I have not received my order. I arrived from work at 3:15 today and nothing is in my mail box. What address they delivered the package to I don’t know. I believe I just got scammed
