    I do not recommend this company for progressive glasses. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and they did not get the prescription right. After I returned the first pair they credited my account to its original method of payment. So, I ordered a replacement pair and after receiving them the prescription was still incorrect I returned them and requested a refund to my original method of payment and was told they can only give me a store credit.

    These glasses are very cute, but VERY CHEAP. I cannot keep them adjusted. I have taken them into Costco and had them tightened and adjusted several times (yes, they heat them and bend them to shape), and still they will not keep their shape. They fall down my nose continually, making it sould like I have a stuffy nose when I talk!!! Very frustrating!

    I bought my glasses from ZOOLOL & in 2 months they fell & my frame cracked. The fall was about 10” & if they were durable they wouldn’t have broken/cracked but they did. I reached out to this company after spending nearly $200, they refuse to help me but offered a 15% discount. Now WHY…why would I buy another pair of glasses from this scamming/crooked company from China again, why would I buy again from them? I WOULDN’T. If it was a good company, they’d honor their work but not these scammers, they know it’s cheap work & that’s why they work replace them or try to fix them…never again & neither should you or anybody got this matter. I want my money back, it’s only been 2 months & not even 2 months yet.

    I would not purchase from this company. I have called customer service several times and no response. I emailed them and no response. Hopefully, I will hear from them soon because they sent me the wrong prescription. I'll stick with Zenni.

    They falsely advertised frames. I reached out to Customer Service only to have them gaslight me and blame lighting and shooting angles for the difference in my frames vs what they advertised. They supposedly added an additional discount on my account which is only good for 90 days. Well, there was no additional discounts added to my account. The only discounts I found were the same discounts they offer on every single order for every single customer. Talking with them is like talking to a cloud of dust. They don't actually respond to your concern or try to resolve any issues. Another issue was with the transitions. They don't get very dark. Again, false advertisement.

    I had high hopes when I ordered from Zeelool, but unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

    Product Quality:
    The glasses looked great on the website, but what I received was cheaply made and flimsy. The frames felt brittle, and the lenses had smudges and light scratches right out of the box. Definitely not the quality I expected, especially for the price.

    Customer Service:
    Reaching customer service was a nightmare. It took days to get a response, and when I finally did, the replies were vague and unhelpful. It felt like they were trying to avoid resolving the issue rather than help.

    Refund Issues:
    I requested a refund due to the poor quality and was given the runaround. They asked for multiple photos and unnecessary steps just to delay the process. After sending everything they asked for, they still refused a full refund and offered a partial store credit instead — which I have no interest in using after this experience.

    Bottom Line:
    I would not recommend Zeelool to anyone. Between the poor product quality, unresponsive customer support, and a headache-inducing refund process, it’s just not worth the trouble. There are much better eyewear companies out there with better service and transparency.

    will never buy from this company again. I purchased and received 2 pairs of prescription glasses from them. They were not correct. When wearing them, they made me feel nauseous and I got a migraine every time I tried. I decided I wanted to send them back and refund them. I placed a ticket on May 6th, to which they said they would get back to me within 48 hours max. 48 passed, then another 12. It wasn't until I left a 1 stae review that I received an email about an hour or two later. It is now May 13th and the process to return/refund has still not begun. They sent me 3 response emails in the time frame, 24 hours between each one. Two of the emails were for information they could have found on their own just by looking up my account/orders. The customer service is bad.

    If I'm telling them I cannot wear them there should be no question of accepting a return/refund. I literally cannot wear what I spent my money on and it's of no fault of my own. Taking a week just to *start* the process of a refund is unprofessional.

    I'll be continuing to use Zenni after this. Never had a problem with customer service because I never needed to get in contact with them.. because they get it right the first time.

    Horrible customer service, I asked for a supervisor and was told there wasn't one.
    Every representative has a supervisor. Not worth the headache.
