    I had high hopes when I ordered from Zeelool, but unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

    Product Quality:
    The glasses looked great on the website, but what I received was cheaply made and flimsy. The frames felt brittle, and the lenses had smudges and light scratches right out of the box. Definitely not the quality I expected, especially for the price.

    Customer Service:
    Reaching customer service was a nightmare. It took days to get a response, and when I finally did, the replies were vague and unhelpful. It felt like they were trying to avoid resolving the issue rather than help.

    Refund Issues:
    I requested a refund due to the poor quality and was given the runaround. They asked for multiple photos and unnecessary steps just to delay the process. After sending everything they asked for, they still refused a full refund and offered a partial store credit instead — which I have no interest in using after this experience.

    Bottom Line:
    I would not recommend Zeelool to anyone. Between the poor product quality, unresponsive customer support, and a headache-inducing refund process, it’s just not worth the trouble. There are much better eyewear companies out there with better service and transparency.

    Bought three pairs of glasses and the ear piece rusted or molded. I contacted customer service and no one has responded back.

    will never buy from this company again. I purchased and received 2 pairs of prescription glasses from them. They were not correct. When wearing them, they made me feel nauseous and I got a migraine every time I tried. I decided I wanted to send them back and refund them. I placed a ticket on May 6th, to which they said they would get back to me within 48 hours max. 48 passed, then another 12. It wasn't until I left a 1 stae review that I received an email about an hour or two later. It is now May 13th and the process to return/refund has still not begun. They sent me 3 response emails in the time frame, 24 hours between each one. Two of the emails were for information they could have found on their own just by looking up my account/orders. The customer service is bad.

    If I'm telling them I cannot wear them there should be no question of accepting a return/refund. I literally cannot wear what I spent my money on and it's of no fault of my own. Taking a week just to *start* the process of a refund is unprofessional.

    I'll be continuing to use Zenni after this. Never had a problem with customer service because I never needed to get in contact with them.. because they get it right the first time.

    Horrible customer service, I asked for a supervisor and was told there wasn't one.
    Every representative has a supervisor. Not worth the headache.

    These were the best prescription placement in my glasses ever!! They are perfect!! I wear progressive lenses so they have to be perfect. Awesome frames to choose from, fast shipping..cost is beyond amazing!! Super fast shipping too. Won't go any where else from now on...have my sunglasses ordered! Thank you to them!!

    Ordered glasses with progressive lens. Could not see anything clear. Had the lenses tested at my eye doctor and both lenes had at least one part not ground right. Still waiting for my money back.

    They refused to refund my money because they sent my 3 pair of glasses. I paid 210.95. They claimed that they sent my glasses after my 2nd dispute with PayPal credit. This is so crazy. I guess they think I’m walking away from $210.95. I work too hard to allow them to steal from me.

    They are scammers. They messed up my order and are now avoiding my requests for a refund. They don't answer the phone, don't answer in the chat and take their sweet time answering via email.

    Don’t let the stylish and unique frame offerings and low prices get you. Their customer service is some of the worst I have ever received. The chat agent Ada kept sending me information that I was already aware of and was doing absolutely nothing to help move the process along. Being talked to like you don’t comprehend what is going on is extremely offense. I cannot speak to the quality as I haven’t received my order yet but on customer service alone, don’t buy from here. Even if you pay for expedited shipping it takes forever and a day to receive your glasses. Trust the negative reviews and save yourself the hassle. They have an F for a reason.
