We value your feedback and regret to see you're frustrated. It looks you chatted in with our member support team yesterday. However we failed to explain the why, and I do apologize for that. We should have taken the time to explain the why. I see you are a long time member and although our terms and conditions do allow price changes, the reason behind the $5 increase might help with the understanding of the change. Inflationary price adjustments are a standard practice across industries, including fitness. To ensure the sustainability of our business and the livelihoods of our trainers, it's essential to implement this increase We've learned that attempting to sustain lower prices negatively impacts trainer incomes and overall business health. Our goal is to provide competitive pricing aligned with market standards while ensuring the quality of our services. We do this by keeping up with inflationary costs. We have also added value to the membership with was outlined in the email we sent to members regarding the increase.
