    They wont stop sending me email solicitations multiple times everyday - FOR MONTHS. unsubscribing doesnt work and probably just confirms an active emails address by their unscrupulous vendor who sells email services and counts me in their delivery THOUSANDS OF TIMES. *** asked the company in ****** to intervene but after seeing all these bad reviews I can only assume the company is run by bad vendors who sell a bad product. Go figure. I would never buy from them.

    WARNING: My prints were low quality and were missing the hanging hardware. I reached out to them for the hardware and they simply stopped responding to me, never sending me the hardware that I paid for. NEVER AGAIN.

    The company name is misleading, the product poorly/cheaply made and not worth the expense. I ordered 2 framed prints and they were not canvas but regular photo prints covered with glass. The hangers were put on crooked so the pictures wouldn't hang aight. The first time I spoke with **************** the call was disconnected. Despite having my phone number after 30 minutes the rep had not called me back. I called a second time and explained my issues. I was told there was nothing they could do about the framed prints not being canvas despite the company name. I told him I had gone back to the site and could find nowhere where it stated that framed prints were not canvas. He assured me it was there somewhere thought he had no idea where. He told me I could take a picture of the poorly installed hangers and he'd see what could be done about that. Probably just send me new hangers that I'd have to remove/install on my own. I gave up and will **** up my loss and have one of the photos redone elsewhere. The second one I'll take to a frame shop and have proper (wire) hanger installed. I would not recommend this comapny at all.

    I placed 2 orders with Easy Canvas Prints, the 1st one on 10/03/23, when I received the conformation it said my order # ********, would be delivered on 10/11/23. I hadn't received it by the 14th so I called, I wanted to know if they would refund my shipping costs since I hadn't received my order by the date given to me. I was told to wait until Mon 10/16 & call back if it wasn't received. I called again on Mon & was told they changed the date to the 18th, so there would be no refund. There was no other email informing me the date had been changed.The 2nd order #******** I placed on 10/04/23. My email confirmation said I would receive it on 10/16, its now 10/17 & nothing from Easy Canvas Prints. I checked the status of my claims, up until today it only said "label made" today it says they have been shipped but the expected delivery date is 10/19 now. So I'm sure I won't get my shipping costs on either of my orders now as they have changed the dates once again. I'm not asking to cancel my order & return my money, I just want the $48.68 I spent on shipping costs for the two orders that were not delivered by the delivery date they gave me.

    1. Print duplicated on the edges. So my wife shows up twice; in the main picture and again on the edge. All four sides are duplications of the print. WHO PRINTS A PICTURE THIS WAY. CONTACT ME FIRST. THIS IS NOT HOW THE PREVIEW SHOWED.2. Print was blurry.3. Frame was not what I ordered.4. No hook was requested and one was on it.Contacted Easy Canvas Prints on October 9th. They won't refund all the money. Back and forth and they won't budge. They take nearly half the money from the order.RIP OFF STAY AWAY

    Ordered multiple acrylic prints. Shipping was somewhat fast but everything else was terrible. All prints showed up with severe printer issues, customer service was very slow to respond and rude, could never get answers, refused to refund as the prints were custom order, stopped responding entirely. Was only able to get a refund through CC company a month later- the business stopped responding to my contact. All prints had misprints, missing ink, heavy ink lines, crooked borders, improper size from order, scratches- they were absolutely terrible. I would never recommend anyone do business with Easy Canvas Prints.

    They are say my print was shipped on Sept 29th. *** stating they have no record of it in there system. **************** is a joke making excuses. Tried filing complaint with BBB their system is down.

    I uploaded my photos. The proofs looked great. I approved the proofs and what I got was unusable. When I contacted the company, they said that it was on me as the consumer to call the company to make sure that my proofs were OK. As the consumer, I feel that if my pictures are not OK then the company shouldve reached out to let me know. All I can do is go off of the proofs which looked fine. They would only give me an 80% refund. My advice never use easy canvas prints!

    I am shocked at the low review rating here. I've ordered about 12 canvas prints now (2023) that are all beautiful. They were packed exceptionally well and arrived quite quickly. I think some people may not have realized they needed to look at how the picture was going to print out. All that information is clearly stated. Going through the steps of choosing your photo on a canvas size is simple and clear. You may well need to recenter the photo or changed the size to accommodate how much of the original you wanted showing. Over-enlargement of a photo will be grainy. That shows up clearly online when choosing sizes, etc. Use a computer/laptop to clearly see the print before ordering. I've only read a few of these reviews, but most are complaining about things that were in their control. Check the photo before hitting that button to place the order and all should be fine.

    The portrait is of a wedding couple and their first kiss, The canvas print had their heads chopped off! Called customer service, and the representative immediately identified my problem. He told me at no cost they would reprint it into a portrait configuration instead of the landscape. I would only have to pay shipping of $9.99. I asked, "If you can see the problem looking at my order online, why didn't the company contact me for the approved correction or, simply correct it themselves?" I firmly believe Easy Canvas Prints should either reimburse me or provide me with a corrected print at no cost to me. This company is a good example of "BUYER BEWARE."
