    Called and talked to their customer service and requested a refund. Was told my refund was processed and even received an email stating my refund amount and everything. A week later still no refund so I contact them only to be told it wasnt processed properly and they were now processing my refund. Took them over three weeks to process the refund but they kept telling me it was my bank. Absolutely not my bank. I had to keep fighting with them to give me my money back from a cancelled order! Mind you I cancelled the order less than 30 minutes after placing it.

    When you check out, it offers $15 off on any product if you choose 2 weeks shipping turnaround but when you receive the email, it says you get $15 on canvas' only. The other products it sells are not included. I contacted the company and they refused to acknowledge the website selection. Don't order from them they do not stand behind their products.

    This business offers credit on your next purchase, but if you try to use the credit, they increase the shipping cost and the purchase price of other products so you end up with no credit at all. Very unethical and misleading.

    AWFUL! The print was so blurred and the colors were so far off. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    Ordered on 12/18/2024. Never again, quality is horrible. When I called to seek resolution, their response was "the order was printed correctly, and the "PERCEIVED BLURRINESS" is caused by small details on the canvas material". Perceived blurriness, what does that mean? Is my perception different than theirs, I do wonder. Definitely different this time from my prior experience with the same company as I would expect the same quality and the same product. Something has changed. **************** tries to placate with "partial refund" when not satisfied with product. Even after I stated I would be embarrassed to use these or give them as a gift. I even sent them requested pictures of the product for their review. Not satisfied at all with product or their idea of a resolution when simply stated "a reprint won't resolve". I am supposed to be okay with blurry photos when the submissions were of high quality. I guess I am out the remainder of my money with nothing to show for it.

    I placed my order for an enlarged print that looked fine online. I recd the print and the image is unrecognizable. After speaking w cust serv i was informed that my file was too small for any size they offer, but the refund was only 80% and did not cover shipping, which was half the cost of the order. As the service *** new the file sz was too small for ***roduction, why wasnt the order rejected before printing? So they have my money and i have nothing usable.

    Ordered a 36x18 canvas print of me andOrdered a 36x18 canvas print of me and my wife on December the 11th 2024 paid $9.99 for shipping got an email December the 23th saying that my package will be delivered January 14th 2025 totally unacceptable very disappointed never again Date of experience: December 23, 2024

    I have used this company for years. I have ordered at least 10 prints from them. My last order they lost. The didn't forget to charge me though. Now it's been over a month since I ordered and haven't gotten a refund or the order.

    Horrible quality. I sent 3 clear photos they sent me 3 blury canvas back. Horrible quality, want a refund on my purchase. DONT waste your money on this company

    Received a metal print damaged. Requested replacement or resolution. Response wanted photos of damage within a short time or they would simply close the assistance request. Due to travel, logistics and family matters could not meet demanded short response time frame.Terrible customer support, threatening they would not support based on THEIR schedule without regard to a customer's schedule. After years and many purchases cannot comprehend taking such an arrogant threating attitude abandoning a loyal customer.Outcome: No longer have confidence this company who cares not about customer retention for issues caused by their poor packaging.I took pliers and rebent the damaged metal picture. Not perfect, but better than having to deal with such an arrogant vendor.L ***** Florida
