    I will never do business with a company that directly sends, or employees a third party to send, unsolicited emails every day that you cannot unsubscribe from. Easy Canvas Prints does exactly that. Not a legitimate reputable company.

    I have had several successful orders with this company but recently we received a crooked print in the frame . It was obvious but the time and phone calls it took to reorder was ridiculous. They challenged us , argued it was fine although we sent a photo of the poor quality ( poor quality control) and , ultimately we received a replacement but the replacement was crooked. We won’t be doing business with them again Big hassle and very unprofessional.

    I ordered a 11x14 canvas and am very pleased with it . I received it 8 days after I ordered it and it came out beautifully. Would definitely order from them again .

    I was so looking forward to receiving my canvas print. How disappointing to receive a big blurry digital pixel looking picture that has not distinct lines or leaves on the trees. Poor quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND

    I ordered a print. The next day I got an email from easy canvas prints saying I needed to finish my order. So I ordered again. This was on Sunday evening. When they sent the confirmation I immediately (with in 10 minutes) sent their customer service an email explaining what happened and I didn't want two prints, only one. And if I wasn't prompted by their email, wouldn't have made the second order.I called them on Monday morning and was told that the print was already in production and I would have to pay for the "materials" used. Instead of paying for nothing, I told them to just send that and I would not be doing business with them again.

    I ordered three framed canvases from easycanvasprints.com One was delayed Two got here at the same time.Of the two, one had the hanging hardware on the back put on improperly. It was fastened to the bottom of the frame instead of the top.The second, which was in the proper place, had the hanging wire unravel five minutes after hanging it. It fell off the wall, scraping and scratching the wall and leaving a four inch ***** in my brand new floor moulding.My house is 14 days old. I literally JUST built it.Customer service gave me a runaround. It is impossible to contact their corporate offices.Obviously, an attorney and a civil lawsuit would cost me far more than the few hundred bucks to have the moulding repaired. Avoid at all costs. This company is garbage.

    They are disorganized. I received the print just fine, of good quality. However, the mounting bracket was completely missing. I emailed to request it, as they indicated, and it took 5 days to get a first response. After going back and forth for a couple of days, they indicated that they would send a new one out, and it would take a couple of business days. Given that it was just before Christmas, I waited until January 3rd. At that time, still having received nothing, I emailed them back - twice, got no response either time. On January 9th I called, and they said they had no record of any shipment! So we started again, and they said it would be shipped out that very day and they would send an email confirming it. On January 14th, having received nothing, I called again. Got a story that they have been out of parts for many weeks - first time hearing that from anyone in customer service. If that was the case, they should have just told me that weeks ago rather than my having to hound them and them just telling me a story to shut me up.Their customer service people are nice, but clearly uninformed and unhelpful.Promised again to be shipped today - we will see what happens. Don't ever use them.

    They are not dependable. They took my billing address and use it for my shipping after I gave them a special shipping address to send it for a birthday present. So they ruined the birthday plus they charged me shipping to the wrong address and now I've got to pay to ****** it just to get there hopefully in one piece. I'm so angry they ruined what I had planned. Never again will I use easy canvas prints.

    I ordered approximately 25 canvases in various sizes for a large project which were in about 4 separate orders. A couple canvases framed, a couple I went with Gallery wrap(1.5" thick), a couple I added the special coating(finish) and with that said all of them are fantastic. A couple canvases i added the $3.99 professional preview by the company to be sure the photo came out as good as possible because I was worried about resolution size on those(other photos were higher resolution) and one canvas they contacted me about stating they were concerned about resolution and the photo being blurry. I talked to someone very polite on the phone and was given the option of canceling item to return my money or for me to upload a higher resolution photo, which I didnt have. So they returned money and continued to print the rest of my order to ship. If you pay the small extra fee be sure to check your account for any updates of issues to be addressed with image qualities. Canvases are easy to order but I am used to working with images. I AM very happy with Easy Canvas Prints.

    Ordered on December 15, 2023, and paid extra for have the print delivered on December 22, 2023. Checked the status this morning and it said my order was still in queue. Called the company and was told that my order was canceled on December 18, 2023, and my money was refunded. I asked who cancelled the order because I was never notified of a cancellation because I would have ordered from somewhere else. I was put on hold for over 2 minutes for the person so the person can find out why my order was cancelled. I was told that it was a banking issue and that was why my order was cancelled. If it was a banking issue, why did my money have to be refunded. They just couldnt or wouldnt complete the job. Now my father wont have his Christmas present on time.
