            I called ******* Appliance to fix my dryer. Mr ******* arrived at appointed time on 4/7. He fiddled with the dryer and said he needed to order and replace two parts. He called some that he said was a supplier. Parts were not readily available but should be in on Friday. He asked to be paid for tye service call and the 2 parts. I gave him a check which he cashed. I called him on Monday and he said the parts had not come in. He promised to get back with us. A month later i texted him and he said he had lost the invoice and needed heeded me to send a picture and the model /serial number for the dryer. I did and then we waited again. A month passed and I texted him again and he promised he would be here on Friday 6/6. He never showed up and when i called him he said he was having car trouble. I told him we could wait until Monday at 9 am. He replied to he woild he here at 10. On Saturday the 5th he texted something came up and he would come on Tuesday. He never showed up.

            I have worked with this person for over 15 months and customer service was slow and rarely returned my calls but I needed my Viking Fridge repaired so I can USE IT! He "repaired" and ordered MORE parts for the tune of over $6000 SO FAR. Now he ordered another part for $470 over a month ago and will NOT return my daily texts and phone call. Called the jail and looked at the obituaries to see if he was in jail or dead. Neither! New Vikings cost over $12,000 so I needed to try to fix it but he kept explaining stuff and not working. I have not had a working fridge for over 8 months. He told me after he cashed my check that he would order my part then he said he totaled his car and couldn't not get here anytime soon (another person said the same thing). I have been scammed and have given him the benefit of the doubt for SOOOO long. My brother in law is a retired Sheriff in stephens county and so I will be going to report this and do what I need to do to find him and get my money back.... with all that I have read today I don't think he will ever call me back. I NEED MY fridge working. I have already sent the President of Viking a certified return receipt 12 page letter with all the evidence that this has been a nightmare. Mr. ******* said he was a certified Viking repairman. I doubt it and will make sure he doesn't work on Vikings anymore ever....
