FedEx was established May 5, ****. That's over 50 years of shipping data at their fingertips. Today, when someone ships with FedEx, the moment they print a shipping label, FedEx tells the receiver that they will receive that package on that same day, regardless of the distance between the shipper and the receiver and the customs and sort facilities through which a package must travel. For years, when I've ordered Apple iPhones, which originate in ****** and deliver to me here in *******, the moment the Taiwanese distributer prints the FedEx shipping label on the FedEx system, FedEx sets an ETA of that day. That is a shipping distance of almost ***** nautical miles; one customs processing facility; and at least two FedEx sort facilities and FedEx tells you and I that the package will arrive the moment the label is printed in ******! FedEx does this with every shipment they handle. TaylorMade golf is another example. Today is the 3rd of May and my Taylormade order still shows an ETA of 01 May, two days ago, when my order hasn't left ********** and has over **** miles and two sort facilities to go through yet. This is what FedEx thinks is appropriate. No effort to innovate nor update in over 50 years of operations. Complete incompetence. Apple, to their credit, actually overrides these fake ETA's. The FedEx company is both incompetent and corrupt. FedEx has actually stolen items from me AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN SCANNED IN TO THEIR OWN SORT FACILITY; their drivers walk on my grass and through my gardens, not five feet from my driveway and walkway; they "hang" my expensive packages on the front edge of my porch to get rained on and stolen; FedEx has no complaint system online so they don't care about what customers think; after ****************************************************** using their own data to give an accurate ETA. This complaint is in regards to Federal Express Tracking No ************, which was slated to be delivered from ****PM on April 27, 2023. At 3:30PM on 4/27/23, I witnessed Fed Ex truck come thru my culdesac and not stop. I have this on my home camera as evidence. Immediately I received an email that delivery had been attempted but no one was home. This was a blatant lie. I called customer service and was told to set up a new delivery. When doing this I was made to pay $5.55 to set up a new delivery time from 6-8PM on April 28, 2023 when I had already paid the vendor a shipping fee. Fed Ex again, was a no show 4/28/23, and has refused to refund the $5.55. This isn't about the money, but about their flim flam scam at lying about making a 1st delivery attempt, and then charging me additional money for another delivery date and not showing up. I have certain disabilities which preclude me from going to their location to pick up packages, load them in my car, and get them inside my house, which is why the flim flam scam they are running is not funny.Business Response

May 1, 2023 a FedEx driver dropped a package for me, on the outside of the building that I live in. I was told by the business that was sending the package, the FedEx employee would deliver the package to me and not on the outside of the building that I live in. Anyone could have retrieve the package and kept it since it wasn't delivered to me. I did not get a phone call or nothing indicating that the package was delivered. This is irresponsible behavior of FedEx. There should be some rules put in place that when FedEx delivers packages to residents who live in apartment complexes, a follow-up call should be initiated. This is an ongoing issue with FedEx continuing to leave our packages at the wrong address. The last 4 deliveries have all been left at gates along the road. They were only found and retrieved after seeing the tracking showed delivered I would drive up and down the road looking for our items. The last shipment however is still out there somewhere. They said they delivered it however we were home all day they never showed, the next day I looked and it showed they delivered it late in the evening. Hello,Back in December 2020 my neighbor was expecting a FedEx delivery but she was away for the holidays. She gave FedEx my cell phone number so that Id receive a text message when it was delivered and could go get it off of her porch. Every time in the last 2 years and 4 months that she has a FedEx delivery I receive a text message notification (28 deliveries to be exact) and every time it happens I call FedEx and ask them to remove my phone number. Im given the same story every time - the FedEx rep tells me that my number has been removed from that address. I asked my now former neighbor (I moved to a different state 7 months ago) to contact FedEx and ask them to remove my phone number from her address. She told me that she called a few times but couldnt remember what they told her (she will be 93 years old in 2 weeks) and it was upset her. She receives FedEx deliveries from different stores, her health insurance OTC products, packages from her niece, etc.. I have received numerous text messages (sometimes 6 per delivery) from FedEx for each delivery. Thats over 150 texts!!! Ive been awakened early in the morning and late at night and I cant turn off my phone due to a family situation. The latest text notification was at 10:45 PM which is ridiculous! I am beyond frustrated. I am extremely frustrated that I arranged my entire schedule today to receive my prepared meals that are made to suit my long list of allergies for the week to be home only for Fedex to lie and say they "attempted delivery" and that I was not home. I've been home all day close to the window and my Fedex driver is supposed to call me when he arrives so I can sign for my packages. None of that happened and now my food is currently going bad because after calling Customer Service they won't attempt re-delivery. I cannot eat many things and I am unsure if I can be around tomorrow when they say they are going to "attempt delivery" again. I am so tired of this, and this is not the first time.Furthermore, their arrangement with my meal prep company is that orders are supposed to be delivered on set and scheduled time frames to maintain the freshness of the food. Therefor this IS now actually a health concern for me, not only am I maybe eating food that has gone bad, but I also am unable to eat till I get said food due to my allergies and other issues. I will be reaching out to every avenue I can regarding this. My ultimate goal is to have my meal prep company drop Fedex entirely, which according to them is being considered due to the high reports of unfaithful delivery schedule follow through. Today the same exact thing happened that happened last week. An agent called me from Fedex and nothing changed. The Driver was not spoken to and I had to call like three different places to get them to re-attempt the delivery that the driver did not attempt and said he did. Upon coming to my residence with my package after I called and they made him do so he was rude to me, did not show me his ID and decried; "It's not my route". With which I told him that it's marked right on my order that it is food on ice and is perishable. He also claimed that my Fedex profile did not have a phone number on it to call, but I've had my phone number on there from the very beginning and my driver ALWAYS calls me when he is making a delivery for me to come down and sign for it. The food was almost warm and would have gone bad had I not called again. I would like this driver removed from my route immediately. If this happens again I will be cancelling all of my company orders in the future that refuse to let me pick another delivery company than Fedex. Horrible, horrible experience, and it's not the only problem right now. To identify the driver I have provided what I could get without his assistance. He came back to the residence at 6:00PM EST on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023. Attached is a screenshot I just took of the **** meaning you could easily identify who this is. That number is ***** 265752
I also have another order that was supposed to deliver May 4th and has been at the facility in ******, **, 1.5 hours away from me in traffic and has not been scheduled. I am rejecting this response because: I will accept it when my claim goes through, I refuse to end what has not been resolved. My issue is with Fedex and I am holding you responsible as a consumer. Financially I have done all I need to do with the company that unfortunately had their item lost by Fedex, but I am most definitely holding you accountable and will continue to reject this response until I hear back from the company I am working with. And I will continue to reject resolutions because Fedex has continually provided inaccurate status updates on all of my packages causing me to miss work waiting for packages multiple days in a row. Aside from this lost package the last several times packages were delivered over $600 with signature required, no signature was collected and the item was left outside. And with a separate group of packages with a meal prep company called Factor 75 were delivered a day late causing the food to go bad. I had to change my whole meal plan because of Fedex. AND the driver, which I highly doubt has been reprimanded got into an argument with me and refused to show me his ID or tell me his name so I could report him intentionally not delivering packages that are perishable. Here is the truck info and the date and time this occurred, I implore you to look into it, the information is right here, shouldn't be too hard. I will accept proof of him being reprimanded as a partial resolution, but I aim to keep this open till any kind of adequate responsible resolution is provided.DELIVERY DATE & TIME: 5:54PM, May 9th (Delivered after calling Fedex in ****** repeatedly after he first drove by and was apparently told to return, funny how I was told that they have no contact with the drivers and he returned, huh? I had a package order online sent via Fed Ex. It was not recived although tracking says it was. I called Fed Ex at ************** to complain and was told the package was handed off to **** and I had to call ************* to inquiry about the package. After informing the Fed Ex agent that the package started out with Fed Ex and thus Fed Ex is responsible for the package.
