The item I returned is the chair. Amazon clearly indicated the weight is ****lb on the website. I remove several packages so the weight would be lower than the original. In the past 5 months I have complained to FedEx about this driver. He sees alot of cars out in our lot & refuses to even come in our apartment complex he just drives right on by. There's room for him to go all the way through to the other side but he doesn't even attempt it. He puts the business is closed . We are a apartment complex. This is the 4th time I watched him with my own eyes drive straight by. We are a senior & disability complex. We deserve to get our packages when we're suppose to. I've complained & complained no one cares. This time I waited in 95 heat for him to come because another senior was waiting for a phone she needed. Now she can't leave her apartment to even know he passed us right by. Please help I don't even know if he'll stop tomorrow. This tracking number is also supposed to be delivered with the other order. I thought they had the same tracking number but their just going to be delivered together. I am rejecting this response because: this is not a one time incident, this driver does this all the time. He should not be allowed to choose when he will deliver our packages. Like I unfortunately have another delivery coming up. I hate that people use your service because I don't know if I'll get my package. The tracking number is ( ************) now who knows if I'll get it on the 12th or not. This employee should be suspended for so many days for doing this.

I have a FedEx package and the tracking number is ************. It said it will be delivered on 8/10/23. I am waiting for it in my home to do the signature all that day. But no one contact me to sign on the package and they just said they cannot find me in my home. It is not possible because they never call me or knock my door. They lie on their system. I had a robot shipped to my home from Embodied. The tracking details says that it is a robot. I never received my package. The item says delivered and signed by "CCamps." That is not me. There is no proof of a signature or a picture. The robot cost me $1548. This robot is for my son.I filed a claim and the shipper, ******** filed a claim. When I called to get an update from FedEx about my package. The associate said that they did not hear back from FedEx after 3 days and so the case was closed. They told me to tell the shipper to file a claim. I got no information on the driver or finding my package. We deliver packages that include laptops, monitors and other tech items to our mortgage branches all over the **. Packages have been showing up incredibly damaged and mishandled that it prevents our Loan Officers from working once receiving equipment. This hurts our Loan Officer production and opportunity to make their paycheck as well as the company to pay more to ship yet another package that will most likely be damaged. FedEx does not want to take responsibility for damaging of the packages or it's contents after submitting a claim directly to them with these photos and proof of value.Business Response

I dropped my package off at the FedEx location listed above. After a week I noticed that the package hadnt made any movement. I got in contact with the manager of the location and after reviewing cameras she said that an employee misplaced the packed. She told me to file a claim in order to be refunded. I filed the claim and FedEx denied my claim because according to them an addendum was added to my contract stating that I agree not to file claims regarding FedEx transportation service. Ive never agreed to such a thing and it doesnt make sense how no one is being held accountable for their employees mistake.Business Response

I placed an order from The Children's Place on August 2, 2023. It was due for delivery on August 5, 2023. It was originally sent back to the facility and scheduled for delivery on August 6, 2023 due to a package exception. I called to see what the exception was about and was told it was a mis-printed label. It occurred again on 7th of August. So I called FedEx again and let them know that it may be because of the missing apartment number. I was told that it was ok, the driver would call me for the apartment number. The package was still returned due to exception. I called FedEx again, they told me that **** has my package and I have to take that up with them. I called **** and they never received a package from FedEx. So I called FedEx again on the 9th and was told that I needed to contact the shipper in order to edit the address. On August 10, 2023 i contacted The Children's Place. They informed me that since FedEx has the package, there's nothing they can *** unless they send it back. So I called FedEx on the 10th requesting that the package be returned. FedEx said they wouldn't be able to do that. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied.Business Response

FedEx in ********* ******* CONTINUES to overwrite and change the address thats on my packages from the shipper to an incorrect address CAUSING unnecessary delays in receipt of my packages. FEDEX CONTINUES to do this despite me putting in Delivery Manager that my address is correct as written on my packages! Tampering with mail and addresses is against the *** and FEDEX in GREENWOOD ******* is the only company that consistently does this with my packages !! This is extremely incompetent on behalf of FEDEX!! DElIVERY MANGER is THEIR OWN SYSTEM And they dont even bother to pay attention to the DELIVERY instructions thats on there! When my packages gets delayed I have to call them and spend time on the phone with their CSRs due to their own mistake!!! I cringe when I see that a company is using FEDEX as a carrier for my packages. I ordered 2 maintenance tanks from Epson America with deliver date of 8/7. The Fed EX driver did not deliver the package to my location. You really need to hire someone from ******* with some compassion. The agents dont care and the company doesnt either so I feel a class action lawsuit coming due to the negligence of FED EX and how they allow the drivers to take pictures of other people's delivery and **** it as delivered when they never came to my home. This is 1 of many times this has happened. Because of this the company is refusing my refund and my busin6ess has been affected becuase my package was delivered somewhere else or stolen by the driver. The picture sent WAS NOT MY ADDRESS. I LIVE IN A HOUSE WITH NO GATE, THE PICTURE SENT FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY WAS A CHEWY BOX. THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED.
