      I have been struggling to receive a Fedex shipment that requires a signature for the past four days. The driver has failed to bring a signature required package to my door four times now, and chosen instead to simply mark the package delivery as "failed". I was home, I did not receive a knock on my door, I did not receive a notification that they missed me any of the four times. I have called Fedex every single time and been assured that "the next time they would" (and yet they still have not). I have tried for the past four days to update my online information, so that I could provide delivery instructions in every possible way, but the website, every time, has indicated that the system is not working. I have tried to delete my online account, to completely start over, and the website fails to do so. I have no way to contact Fedex that will actually work, and I am left floundering on how exactly I can receive my shipment. If this is a pattern, it is a problem. I have no recourse, and so I have turned to the BBB. I am certain that nothing will actually come of this, I don't know that this issue is even something the BBB would take note of, but for every consumer using Fedex's services, it is an issue that the service does not function as promised, I effectively can not even delete my online account or opt out of their data collection, and there is no available means of recourse to let Fedex know to do better. Please help...

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. *****, from Fedex, as well as her colleagues, were very helpful in trouble shooting and fixing the website issues. She also assured me that the local driver's refusal to deliver signature packages to my door had been addressed, and would not be repeated in the future. Thank you!

      hello my earlier complaint was rejected stating missing tracking information but all those details were not clearly listed .not sure why it was rejected resending again i did the below shipment from ***** to ************* with a return envelope service requested no rush service requested and it was only basic ground level specifically asked for both the trips.i was charged for $13 on the day of shipment but later received a charge back of $39 and was told it was for the return.not sure what went wrong in the return and why the charge was so high.till now - i tried calling customer care and ticket created with the revenue department but no response till date.been a FEDEX customer for long time and never went through such experience.please assist in getting the charges reviewed/adjusted.***** to ** - tracking - **** **** **** DC to *****(return envelope ) - tracking - 7912 - 9128 ***** account number - ********** please reach out to me by EMAIL only for further information.Thanks

      After further research, I confirmed the transportation charges for FedEx tracking numbers 277352667064 and ************ was billed correctly for each shipment and delivery was completed as scheduled based on the type of service requested for these shipments.  Please contact Revenue Services at ************ for additional assistance.
