      Sedgwick is my workers compensation insurance company. I had surgery 2/10/2023. I have submitted everything to the company and paperwork is constantly missing. They told me I would get paid the maximum amount while out of work. I have only received 2 checks since being out of work. I have called the company for 3 days and no one will answer the phone or call me back. I have emailed my claims examiner and supervisors and still get no return call or response. I need to pay my bills and they wont return any calls to let me know what is going on with my pay. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Every time I call ********************* she does NOT answer her phone. What kind of company does that. I have left her messages for 3 days straight with no call back. I dont know what else to do.

      In July 2022 I was denied an extension for my medical Disability. I was denied once again in October and the company stated I did not appeal within the alloyed time frame. I reached out informing them I never received the appeal process information. Once I sent the letter for the second appeal on December 29th, no one ever responded. I have reached out to my case manager twice and have yet received a response. I asked the company to provide reasons why they would not prolong my extension when it was suggestion by my counselor. I was forced to quit my job because I was unable to mentally return at the time. Ultimately, I lost a month of wages and no one from the company will respond. I will like to collect my money that I believe is owed to me

      I had property damage to my basketball hoop by **** employee. I was referred to Sedgwick to file a claim. I have filed a claim in January ******************************************************* February 2022. I have submitted all the required information, but have not received any updates from the claims adjuster. I have repeatedly tried to contact ******************* via phone and email.Claim number - 2201000782-01 I would like the basketball hoop to be replaced and the company to contact me with a timeline.

      Got side swiped while driving by a man in a **** rental car. He took off and my husband followed him with police on the phone. He was pulled over and given ticket. Our car was drivable though started making noises near damage near tire so couldn't wait for **** and went through our insurance co(geico). We were told they would not cover a rental but **** would refund us for the rental and our deductible(almost $1,000) we have been in contact with **** multiple times only to be told to contact Sedgwick. When we call you can never talk to anyone who can help. I did reach ******************* who did get police report and took responsibility. Now it's been since Jan 14th and I cannot reach anyone. I have not once spoke to ********************* who is supposedly my claim person. I've left so many voicemails and every email I send is responded to with an automated response saying they aren't in the office. Trying to work with this company is proving impossible and very frustrating. We did not have $1,000 to spend, especially for something that was not our fault.       This company is completely horrible. The communication is NON EXISTENT. You have to call them to initiate any issues or updates on your case. When you call in you speak to representatives who dont know anything about your case and will not go further than surface level. You have to constantly ask for call backs from examiners and each time it takes up to 1 business day. Since the beginning of my claim *** asked to speak to my examiner and never once received a call back from her. I had to call back again and wait on the phone for her. All i get are text messages telling me to call in but you call in and dont get to speak to no one. For two weeks Ive always given my phone number as a form of verification yet on the day the clinician calls she calls some other number and had to re verify my number. You have no peace of mind with this waiting game you literally have to call all day everyday to stay on top of everybody. This is my first time ever filling out a disability claim and it has been absolutely the worst experience. This has taken me almost 3 weeks for a claim where i needed 30 days off. When asked to speak to a supervisor, you get nobody.

      On 1/30/2023 my vehicle was hit by a budget truck managed by sedgwick causing property damaged to my vehicle. I have made many attempts to reached sedgwick to get my vehicle fixed and provide a rental in the meantime with no success.       I started a claim back in September of 2022 and was patiently waiting for a call back or some kind of confirmation and have not received anything. When I did get a hold of somebody they got me an interpreter as I am more comfortable speaking my first language Spanish. The interpreter messed up my address by a few digits (only realized a few months after they said they were mailing it to [wrong] instead of [right]) and they kept telling me they were mailing me a letter to verify. I called countless times and left endless voicemails to my claim agent trying to change the address. She would not answer her phone even when I would call on her business hours from 4am-2pm. I tried calling at 5am 11am 12pm 1pm and no answer straight to voicemail. I just wanted to change my address to I can start the claim process. I even escalated it up to the supervisor and no response straight to voicemail left voicemails and no call back. I kept trying to call but eventually got frustrated and stopped since I was moving houses. I have also been holding on to the goods that have been damaged incase they do ever decide to process my claim but they don't seem to want to help me. I just want to update my address so they can send me the documentation and get *************** as it has been way too long. Claim # 4A22083S65L-0001

      Sedgwick manages accident insurance claims for my Employer, Xerox. They are responsible for addressing and resolving any accident claims involving Xerox' vehicles driven by its employees. I am personally being sued for everything Sedgwick is paid to cover and Sedgwick will not return my calls nor assist me with this lawsuit that should be filed against Xerox and its insurance company/claims management service. Mr. ************************* refuses to return my call and advise as to what needs to be done. I only have 14 days to respond and no one will assist, even though Xerox pays this company to take care of such issues.

      I have been trying to finalize a claim through sedgwick for an employer mishap. I have medical bills that were supposed to be paid but never were. I have sent paper work to my claims adjuster and tried contacting them and their supervisor for the past 2 months, with no replies.
