We paid $50 to valet park at the c21 museum hotel in their garage. Our SUV was vandalized and they broke the drivers window, scratched the driver and rear passenger door and stole a $90 flashlight and a $40 pair of flight gloves. We had to replace the window in ********* before driving home to *********. The window was $399.63 and the receipt was given to the regional manager of the hotel and 2 different adjusters. First adjuster was ************************* ****************************************** Pictures were supplied as was an estimate from the body repair shop that is fixing our car the first week of May. The second adjuster has ignored multiple emails as the body shop has to have a go ahead and phone number of the adjuster. This has been asked since the first week of March with no response. Weve had the window tint replaced and the estimate from the body shop along with multiple pictures sent to both adjusters. Were going to need a rental car and that also has to be approved but again no response from the adjuster. *********************************************** She has been emailed 8 times with zero response. Sedgwick shows no phone number for the company and ******, shows only her email and she doesnt respond to those. All the hotel did was "saying they would take care of it." I see they have had many complaints as have the Sedgwick adjusters however Ill share with everyone I know what type of customer service we have received mostly ignored!We have a scheduled repair the first week of May 4 (next week) and still no approval for the body shop or for the rental car ! If I knew that I could file a complaint with the BBB's of *********, ******* and **********, I would certainly do this as the general public should know how shady these folks are.Customer Answer

We cannot honor any offers previously made. I was just made aware of the conflict this afternoon, thus I am notifying you at this time. If repairs are needed immediately, we recommend you utilize your personal insurance as we are unable to issue payment at this time. I received property damage , April 11 2023 on our rv.due to a low internet wire,from brightspeed.we turned in in immediately to the police,and brightspeed.the wire ripped the rv antenna,from the roof.we since have repaired it,and we have a claim number,from the company sedgwick a 3rd party.But we have called and left numerous messages,but no response.we would like to get reimbursed for the repair of $341.56.we even have an excalation form filed,and they still.wont return our call.Thank you in advance if you can please help ** get reimbursed.Initial Complaint

I have been waiting for an insurance settlement for almost 4 months now. Everytime I call it goes to voicemail, never get a response back. This business is very unprofessional on many levels!Business Response

Sedgwick CMS is a third party claim administrator. This complaint arises from a dispute related to a claim *************************** filed against our client, Orange ********************** Program.
A review of the claim file reveals that Sedgwick CMS has administered this claim in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the alleged loss.
Sedgwick CMS respectfully maintains that the Better Business Bureau online complaint resolution system is not the proper forum to respond to the allegations contained in ********************* complaint.

My husband and I had bought appliances with best buy in November of 2021. In which time the delivery drives had hit my walls and damaged some of my door frames. I told them it would fit through the other door but they said it was fine. We contacted bestbuy and best buy advised they had to file a claim with sedgwick. They asked ** to give it time for a response. We reached out numerous times over the year. And we were told that we would be gotten back to. Finally this year someone has reached out to **. She asked for pictures, we have submitted the pictures and have sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails asking for a callback or update and we cannot get a response. On November 7th 2022 at the ******************************** parking lot, my vehicle was parked and one of my coworkers hit it in the Flik catering van. I was contacted by Sedgwick Claims saying to take pictures and get an estimate and turn it in to *******, the Claims adjuster. I did that immediately. After several months of no response from *******, a man contacted me to inspect my vehicle on behalf of Sedgwick. He looked at my vehicle and took pictures. He told me thT ******* would reach out by the end of the week. ******* never did. I again left a voice mail with no response and then send an email asking what the next steps were. I haven't received any response or correspondence about my claim. It has now been 5 months and I have not been paid for the damages done to my car while unoccupied and parked. I just spoke with ******* with Sedgwick he was rude dismissive and continuously stated to "have a good day" ending the call when I was still asking questions. He called stating that his assistant asked the wrong questions and he needed to get clarifications. He then said it was denied because it was too long ago. I stated that does not matter my property should not have been altered without my permission. He said he was a contractor for windows and I should have known the issue was going on and did the repairs sooner. I stated this was invisible behind the walls and who knows if the issue started in **** or after that. He was still unwilling to give me information to contact his boss and continuously stated my claim was denied. I have an open workers comp claim being handled by Sedgwick. I have reached out numerous times in various different ways (email/phone/voicemail) and my questions are being flat out ignored. My claims adjustor (***********************) will not respond to me (I have been kind and patient) and her supervisor (*****************) has also not responded to any of my voicemails. I received a $600+ bill in the mail from the local emergency department that I was treated at immediately following my injury and the bill states that Sedgwick has paid $0 leaving me to pick up the rest. I should not be paying this as its covered under my worker comp claim and Ive been reaching out trying to work with Sedgwick to get this resolved. I have been ignored and its unprofessional and unacceptable. I will take legal action if they continue to blatantly ignore my requests for communication. Sedgwick handles my company paid leave and for over 2 weeks now Ive been calling to find out about my payment and cant get no answers from anyone they keep say someone will call me and I never receive a call I havent got no payment since my leave march 14 and cant get no answers to why and when will I get a payment Ive called every day for the last 2 weeks different times and could never get in contact with my case manager cause from what they say on the phone shes the only one that could help me my case number is C342001375000101Business Response
