On March 25, 2023, ***** technician came to my home to repair washer. He left a part unattached that shuts off water unbeknownst to me. When I started washer, it overflowed on my flooring damaging my vinyl. Another technician came out on the 28th and discovered that ***** technician had caused the problem. I contacted Sedgwick who is ***** claim **** and filed claim submitting all requested documents. No one has responded to emails, or phone calls and ***** cannot help me. **** damaged my property several times between 2021 and 2023. I have filed claims with Sedgwick provided the video of the crew damaging m property, photos of a line being hit by a semi and broke my gate and they refuse all communication. The email I was provided in the letter bounces back saying it is not able to accept emails and the phone they provided puts you on hold for 15 minutes and then tells you its not a manned line and auto disconnects. They have provided factually incorrect information about the at fault company despite having the correct information. They called and told me the actual name of the subcontractor that caused the initial fence/gate damage and then pretended to have no record of that. I also called and confirmed the correct name of the contractor company confirmed by the city on the permit and they still have the wrong company listed and will not respond to any form of communication.I would like a phone call and my fence, gate, and retaining wall repairedInitial Complaint

I purchased a car stereo from Best Buy and had them install it in my car. In February 2023 I started my car, the entire dashboard lit up, and the error messages started pouring out. The Best Buy installers spliced a wire onto the CANbus system for power to the new stereo. This brought on the problems with my car.I proceeded to my local Best Buy retailer. They were especially helpful. They filled out a claim form for submission to the Best Buy claim unit at Sedgwick Claim Management Services. Sedgwick initially sent me the name of the claim manager and my cliam number. It's been since March of 2023 and I have heard from them once. They have been non-responsive to phone calls and e-mail. My local Best Buy can't even reach them.It has now been over 5 months of getting nothing done. I need BBB to get Sedgwick to pay for the repairs to my car. Sedgwick as a company should either dismantle the company or perform more training when it comes to the severity of mental health. This company has failed in every way possible. The claims manager and managers aren't pleasant and they don't return phone calls. If I had a choice to not deal with this company, I wouldn't. But due to my company having a contract with this company, I have no choice. The front-line customer service agents are more compassionate and willing to help and assist. There's no clear, comprehensive clarification of what's needed, the next steps or what case number goes to what. I would HIGHLY suggest a different company, this one is complete TRASH.Initial Complaint

I recently filed a home warranty claim for my dishwasher. A&E Services/Sears that were contracted out gouged and scratched my new flooring in the kitchen. Sedgwick Claims Management Services handles the liability claims for the work done by A&E Services. I have submitted the requested photos, along with 2 estimates for repair, and have not heard back from my claims examiner in several weeks. I was withheld 2 weeks of my Paid Family Leave during my short-term disability leave and wouldn't send over the appropriate documentation (number of hours reported) to my employer to pay me for that time period. It took over a month from that time period to be resolved by them. I called multiple times during this period and got very little assistance from the team. They are awful, the Dr gives a set time to heal and they do not. They don't care about you as a ****** or a healing patient. It's all money to them. They could care less if you feel better or able to function all the way. This is my 3rd knee surgery, why? On 12/26 2022 I, ******************************* sustained a severe head and neck injury during my shift at *************************** cleaning an aircraft. My head hit the overhead bin and I sustained a considerable amount of injury and memory loss. I began receiving compensation for said injury but was advised that my payments would discontinue until I returned to work and commenced light duty work. I had a conversation with my supervisor, *************************- ************ regarding this and was advised that light duty work is not available. When I mentioned this to Sedgwick they were very rude and abrasive towards me and have since refused to continue my payments. Due to the injuries that I have suffered, I am not able to continue working at this time. The attached document from Sedgwick will show that I was promised payments if unable to make at lease 80% of what I was making prior to the incident. I have been unsuccessful at reaching my adjuster *************************** ************ to discuss the best recourse at this point. I am suffering physically and financially due to this and would like this to be investigated to the fullest extent. I feel that they are preying on my vulnerability and I would like them to be held accountable for their actions. I am on a fixed income and have had a very hard time making up for the lost income. Any assistance available would be greatly appreciated.
