    I ordered a ************** kit from eFireplace, which came promptly, intact except for missing screws and spacers on which to place the logs. ****** worked diligently on my behalf to secure a source, and gave me a quote the next day. I definitely recommend eFireplace!

    Horrible customer service and return policy. They miss inform you. You order the part it's wrong And then thet want you to pay almost half the cost for shipping And restocking fees totally unacceptable. Stay away other places have same parts better customer service.

    I had previously tried to purchase through another store - complete failure. The EFireplace Store helped me identify the correct remote for my fireplace insert, and sent it quickly. They responded quickly to all of my inquiries and questions. Once I received it, I called and they helped me sync it to my existing fireplace. He even made sure the remote was set to fahrenheit before ending the call. Thank you for providing the help I needed to get the correct remote quickly and ensure it works for my fireplace!

    I got to speak with a knowledgeable certified specialist who was able to tell me exactly what I needed, got the items ordered for me, and was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. It took less than a week to get the items, and everything I ordered arrived in good condition. All around great experience.

    Buyer beware what you see in the catalog and what you get are 2 different items, ordered doors came in too high for the frame on my fireplace contacted customer service and they said I needed a ****** part, to adapt to my frame for the doors to work, the frame on there website catalog shows one picture with 4 parts which would make a frame, ordered what they told me( took a month to get) there catalog shows a different item than what I got, I got 1 piece a channel, doesn't fit anything contacted them with pictures of my problem and asked for a refund no response, no response to make it right what a company, just take my money and good luck, ****** dollars later. Not Happy, no doors still

    We were told by another company that there was no thermostat for our older, discontinued fireplace. I found that hard to believe so searched another place. Found this place online, placed a call and a few days later, our part arrived! The directions are a little hard to read so we've hired a heating and cooling company to install it next week :) So on that note, don't know how well it works yet but the order was easy and item arrived quickly!

    Ordered the country scene fireplace back and I'm very happy. Nice detail to the scene, it's thick, and a beautiful addition to our fireplace. Safely packaged and shipped quickly (received in less than a week. eFireplaceStore also had a much lower price than some other more commonly known vendors for the identical item so that was a plus. Please note that a new fireplace back has to be "cured" or broken in for a while before you can burn a long, hot fire and logs cannot lay up against it. Very happy.
