    I purchased a set of concrete fire logs "on sale" for $209.00, believing they would be compatible with my fireplace burner based on the product description. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, I discovered they do not fit or function with my *********, Im being charged $60.00 to return the item$35.00 for restocking and $25.00 for shipping. Its hard not to feel misled. The $35.00 restocking fee appears to reflect their typical profit margin, suggesting that the company profits even when customers return items due to unclear or misleading advertising.This kind of business model seems designed to capitalize on consumer confusion. They make money either way, while customers lose both time and money. In my opinion, it borders on deceptive practice.

    Terrible customer service. They dont answer phones when you try to contact them. Order delayed weeks. This company is not customer friendly. Shop elsewhere if you are smart

    I ordered a chimney cap/damper from this company Dec 27. This item shipped late. They even sent me emails apologizing for late shipment. I had to reschedule my installer for this item. I finally received the item 4 weeks later. Due to weather conditions I had to reschedule the install March 6. The chimney cap didnt fit so when I attempted to return it they told me I couldnt because its past 30 days. 4 weeks late with delivery and they wont take a return late. Hypocrites.

    This is the second rug weve purchased from ***************. This efireplace rug is saving our living room carpeting from any sparks that fly out. They look great and when we ordered it, we got it within like two days. Fantastic service!

    I found eFireplacestore.com when searching for a new firepit. I was delighted to find exactly what I was was looking for, at a reasonable price and with free shipping! The order process was super easy. And the best surprise was the item arriving within a few days of placing the order! My husband easily assembled the item. The fire pit looks great, and the included cover is really nice. So when the drought in ********** is over, I will be able to actually light a fire. For now, I can only wait and imagine how nice it will look.
