    Great, great experience. The sales department saved me $400 on my order by fine tuning my individual parts. The shipping process was over communicated from beginning to end, complete with instructions on how to inspect the shipment. During installation, I called Tech Support and not only had my questions answered, but we also chatted about how to fine tune the installation for maximum realism. AND I saved $3,000 buying here VS. a local FP store bid. You can shop the eFP Store with confidence!

    Excellent customer service. Shipped the same day. I I received a product that actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend anyone who needs a fireplace chimney cap to check them out and Im sure you will not be disappointed. FYI 35 year electrician with a lot of plumbing and gas experience. But anyone who can gain access to their roof can install this without any issues

    I needed to replace a small rug in front of our coal stove. The rug I found here is the perfect size and color. The fact that it is thin with no pile is what we need to prevent guests from tripping over it. I look forward to seeing how great it will be during the coal stove days. I did purchase a non slip rug pad to go along with the rug. This is the first time ordering from this company. The rug arrived about 3 days later. Very quick!
