    Outstanding customer service the way private, family businesses used to be. The technician who sold me my treadmills motherboard diagnosed my problem via email. I thought my motor was shot but he knew exactly what the problem was. They shipped the board and over the phone helped with the installation. The upshot was that they saved my from buying a new treadmill that would have cost well over $1,300.00. The Board only cost about $250. This is an honest company with good people who are doing a great job being professional and honest. I can't say enough about how much they restored my faith in American ingenuity and true customer service!! Keep up the good work as you exemplify the BEST in what you do.

    I needed a new motor for my treadmill and was not sure the exact part I needed. I called and talked to someone who knew what I was talking about and gave me the part number. They took my order and I got the part a couple of days later. I was having issues getting the old pulley off so I called again and they helped me, which was something I was doing wrong but they were there when needed. I will be using Treadmill Doctor again for my treadmill needs.

    Tread Mill Doctor answered my call quickly. The tech was sure that my tread mill was suddenly stopping due to a defective control board. I received the new control board in a few days. This board has better electronics than the original 20 year old board. There is no longer a separate transformer which is nice.After installation the incline control was opposite than before replacement. I didn't want to burn out the unit by reversing the polarity so I called Tread Mill Doctor again. They answered right away and confirmed that switching the polarity was the answer.I've been using the renewed tread mill for about 6 months with out any problems.It seems to me that he Tread Mill Doctors are the answer to your tread mill issues. Keep that old iron running!

    Ordered a replacement part for an old drive belt. The ability to find the *** part number on their website added a lot of confidence. I placed the order on a Sunday of a 3-day holiday weekend. I learned it shipped on the Monday holiday, and arrived the next day. I'm sure many stars aligned in the shipping process for it to arrive so fast, but their diligence in processing the order on a holiday left a good impression about their business.I will be a repeat customer.
