    I needed a new Storage Shock absorber for my treadmill. My existing one got damaged while moving. I gave Treadmill Doctor the model number of my machine and they gave me the exact part number, a link and a discount all via text to make the purchase, All of which was very convenient. Item was shipped in the prompt manner and arrived in time. Installation was easy. Will buy parts from them in the future when necessary. Highly recomend them.

    The motor controller for my treadmill was fried by a power spike. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with their support person who helped me through testing to confirm that it was the controller that failed, select the right replacement and even gave me a discount code for the order! It arrived in two days and was an easy install. I highly recommend them.

    Great service. I have a 30 years old Precor treadmill which I couldn't find a replacement part for the walking belt. Treadmill Doctor sale person tried his best to match an available belt to the part I need. But the belt I received was too long so I contacted the customer service for help. ***** and ********* walked me through how to measure and take pictures of my old belt so they can send another belt. Working with the pictures I sent, Treadmill Doctor sent me back the belt that fitted my old treadmill perfectly. The service I received was very very fast and thorough - something I have not seen lately with on line vendors. Thank you Treadmill Doctor!!

    I was more than happy with my experience! I tried time and time again with NordicTrac on my treadmill with no response to phone calls, emails and visiting their website. After finding Treadmill Doctor I found the part I was looking for, ordered it, received it in about 3 days and got it installed in about an hour. I received a comfirmation email when I placed my order, an email that it had been shipped and an email once the product was delivered. I will definately use this service again if needed! Thanks for the prompt and excellent service!!!!!

    I was able to get the right belt for my failing treadmill. The belt is better than I expected and was very easy to install with proper instruction.     I bought a replacement motor for my Life Fitness Elliptical. The motor arrived quickly, the price was right and I replaced the piece in the machine, no problem. Voila, I have a brand new elliptical. Works great.
