    I have a proform treadmill. I went to the manufacturer to get a belt, and they were out of stock. Couldn't find any helpful contact or support there, so I went looking. I found Treadmill Doctor and reached out. I received a response the same day, and long story short, I have a new belt and my treadmill is up and running. Thank you!!

    My family owns a Nordictrack Commercial X32i that had over **** miles on it within the first 2 years. I regularly lubricated the deck, kept it clean and the belt centered, but was having trouble with that last part as the usage time increased. I figured that belt wear was not part of my extended warranty that I bought, so I figured when contacting Nordictrack I would have to just purchase a new one. Boy, was I shocked to discover that I could not order a replacement part from them (not to mention their proposed solution to my belt centering issue was way off the ***** as no belts were available. Enter Treadmill Doctor. Their website was easy to use, I found my part, and they had it in stock, shipped it quickly and it arrived before they said it would. I had my machine up an running again within hours of parts in hand. While I did not required any contact or assistance with that, they did follow up a few days after I received my part to make sure everything worked out for me. I hope they continue to maintain stock of these parts, because I keep putting on the miles (current mileage **** today (5/26/23) and would be happy to order from them in the future.

    We have a Nordictrack C700 that has been used 5 days a week since new. The original walking belt started to fray and come apart. Tried to order a replacement belt from Nordictrack and they were no help. I found Treadmill Doctors website and called them. They new what part I needed and shipped it to me and I received it in about 2 or 3 days. Wow, that was quick. During the installation I had questions about tracking and tensioning the belt. I gave Treadmill Doctor a call and they walked me through the proper adjustments. Its been tracking and working great ever since. If I need any more treadmills parts, I will call Treadmill Doctor. I recommend them to anyone looking for parts.

    I had a bearing failure in the belt roller of an older treadmill. The part was listed unavailable everywhere I looked. The bad bearings had no part numbers engraved or printed on them. The Treadmill Doctor technicians researched the dimensions of my unit and came up with a similar replacement that required minor mounting changes but works better than the stock unit. The bearings in the new unit have part numbers and are easily replaceable going forward. That research time saved me from buying a new treadmill. Thank you.

    These guys are great! Very knowledgeable and very patient on the phone. They ship at lightning speed and the replacement parts fit perfectly.Don't forget to pick up some of their World Famous Treadmill Lube. (Ask them if ti's compatible with your model.)
