    I have purchased a few parts over the years, and theyve always seem to be of good quality and worked. I recently purchased a motor control board that work for a month and then stopped working. Ive tried to reach out through chat, phone, and text to see about the warranty as there is a year warranty supposedly but just keep getting ghosted when I tell them what is going on.

    *******, we hate to see a review like thisespecially when it leaves out the most important part of the story...the facts!You contacted us on 8/5, and that very same day we helped you troubleshoot your treadmill. The motor control board you bought from us was working exactly as it should. The real issue turned out to be your console membrane, which is completely unrelated to our part.We never ghosted youyou reached out, we answered, and we solved the mystery. Weve given you over a week to update or remove this review since its not an accurate reflection of what happened, but its still here.We take pride in being responsive and standing behind our warranty when our part is the problem. In this case, it wasnt. Facts matterand so does our reputation.The Treadmill Doctor Team

    Easy to shop for the accurate parts I needed for my Proform Hybrid Trainer which is over 20 years old! The company had the correct parts on their site, easily identifiable with matched model numbers, and an easy order and pay process. I would definitely use this company again.

    The team at Treadmill Doctor are amazing! Super knowledgable and know every in and out when it comes to treadmills. I spent over two years trying to get an issue resolved with NordicTrack and my x22i treadmill. I told them the issues and they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong within a single conversation. Thanks for the help. I was in an endless loop of insanity with overseas support reps until you stepped in and provided me with a solution.

    I can't remember who I spoke with, but they helped me out wonderfully and courteously, and I was able to find the exact replacement platform I needed for my treadmill. A money saver for sure! It's great to find companies that provide replacement parts as it helps keep unnecessary items out of landfills. Not only did I save money by fixing my treadmill, it was essentially a zero waist project: the cardboard shipping box was used as mulching base in our garden and the old cracked platform is now part of our chicken coop. Money saved plus no waste equals win win!
