I am disputing an invalid account reported by ********************************************* col on my credit report. This account is inaccurate, unverified, and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting, I request its immediate removal. Ms. ******* account was placed with RDAC for collection on June 5, 2024, by RDACs client *********** at ******, with a balance of $2,057.13.On June 6, 2024, RDAC mailed its initial collection letter to Ms. ******* at her last known address, ************************************************** That letter included the required notice of validation rights pursuant to section 809 of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and that letter was not returned as undeliverable to RDAC by the ********************
On July 25, 2024, RDAC reported Ms. ******* account to the three national consumer reporting agencies (Experian, **********, and Equifax)(CRAs) with permission from our client, Hidden Oaks at ******. On January ******* and February 18, 2025, RDAC received disputes forwarded by the **** on Ms.******* ******* After investigating Ms. ******* claims, RDAC answered each dispute by updating her tradeline to disputed and indicating the disputed information was correct. RDAC is unable to remove this trade line from Ms. *************** reports. It is RDACs responsibility as a data furnisher under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) that RDAC report complete and accurate information to the *****
As of March 6, 2025, RDAC has not received a direct dispute from Ms. ******** RDAC has attached copies of Ms. ******* final account statement and signed lease provided by our client, Hidden Oaks at ******.
Regarding Ms. ******* allegations of violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), RDAC denies any violation of this statute.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a debt collection issue with RentDebt Automated Collections. The collection agency is attempting to collect a debt on behalf of Glenarden Apartments that I do not owe. Here are the pertinent details:1. **Debt Collection Issue**: RentDebt Automated Collections is claiming that I owe $6,841 in rent for the apartment located at ********************************************************************************************************************* They are billing me for the period extending from June 2024 to October 2024, despite the fact that I moved out of the apartment on January 1, 2023, as confirmed by the attached rental verification and other supporting documents.2. **Lack of Documentation**: The collection agencys proof is my lease from 2019 because I never signed a lease in 2023 or 2024. Mr. ******* account was placed with RDAC for collection on June 13, 2024, by RDACs client The Waters at *********** with a balance of $275.00.On June 14, 2024, RDAC mailed its initial collection letter to Mr. ****** at his last known address: *******************************. That letter included the required notice of validation rights pursuant to section 809 of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and was not returned as undeliverable to RDAC by the *******************.
On August 26. 2024, RDAC reported Mr. ******* account to the three national consumer reporting agencies (********, **********, and *******) (CRAs) with permission from our client, The Waters at ***********. On February 6, 2025, RDAC received a dispute from Mr. ****** forwarded from the consumer reporting agencies. After conducting an investigation, RDAC responded to that dispute by updating Mr. ******* tradeline to disputed and indicating that the disputed information was correct. Regarding Mr. ******* request to have this trade line removed from his credit report, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires that RDAC furnish both complete and accurate information to the credit reporting agencies. Therefore, RDAC is unable to delete this trade line.

Hi, I have noticed a debt collection from RENTDEBT AUTOMATED COLLECTIONS, LLC getting incorrectly reported in my credit report. I am not responsible for the debt in question since I have not contractual agreement or obligation with RENTDEBT AUTOMATED COLLECTIONS, LLC. The burden of proof falls on the collection agency not the consumer (me), I find it concerning that RentDebt Automated Collections, LLC collections is not complying with legal requests.

I used Lexington Law previously who sent the letters out. They are currently dealing with a class action lawsuit against them so I am unable to attain the original document of the letters sent.
