  Review for Fast Growing Trees Disappointed and ************************** I ordered four forsythia plants from Fast Growing Trees and was extremely disappointed. Their website shows beautiful, mature, blooming bushesbut what I got were 8-inch starter plants, one already sick, and one with its root ball out of the pot. Each plant cost $60. For that kind of price, I expected something more established and healthy.They advertise these shrubs grow two feet per year. Mine have grown about two inches in two months. When I reached out to customer support, they pointed me to their one-year warrantybut getting help requires you to run your own tests to prove a plant is failing. No refund. No accountability. Their customer service is all about covering themselves, not helping the ******** not buy from this company. Buy local, where you can see the plant and get real service. I learned my ******* Fast Growing Trees is misleading, overpriced, and not trustworthy.

  We sincerely apologize that your plants arrived in poor condition and are not growing as anticipated. Once initially planted, the plants tend to focus on root establishment and the growth rate should pick up in the second and third growing seasons.   Do you think I am some city slicker thats never planted a shrub or ****? The one forsythia is dead. Not sure why but its dropped all its leaves and is a twig. The other three are healthy though not growing. Replace the **** plant.

  I purchased several plants from Fast Growing Trees based on their advertised guarantee. When the plants failed to thrive, I contacted customer service and followed their instructions preciselyincluding waiting an additional time and providing updates as requested.Despite doing everything they asked, I was ultimately told the issue was due to my neglect an excuse that was never mentioned in earlier communications and felt like a convenient way to deny responsibility. No replacement, no refund, no store creditjust a dismissive *********** my view, this guarantee is misleading. The company appears far more focused on avoiding claims than honoring them. Im disappointed in both the product and the customer experience, and I would not recommend ordering from them.

Unfortunatly we are  unable to warranty plants grown outside of the recommended growing zone or damaged by neglectful care, improper planting, extreme weather or damage by wildlife.   I ordered two crape myrtles. They came well wrapped, were planted immediately and now a month+ later are thriving and growing rapidly with the help of a little MiracleGro. So, all good.

  In total I have two trees from them, a Black Gum and American Sycamore. Ordered separately. Each order shipped fast. Each time the tree was securely fastened in the package and ***** correctly positioned it on my porch. I was able to plant each using the instructions from their website. Recently the Sycamore developed yellow leaves. I reached out via chat and learned the tree was overwatered. They provided instructions to correct this and explained the leaves would fall off and grow back over a 4-5 week period. We did water the tree after a week of very heavy rain. So far so good. Im satisfied and have shared favorable reviews on their site of each tree.

  I LOVE this company... I purchased 11 trees within the month of April 2, through May 13, 2025 The trees ranged is height from 3 to 4 ft and 4 to 5 ft tall. I purchased a Cold Hardy Avocado Tree, Wonderful Pomegranate Tree, Eureka Lemon Tree, Black Mission Fig Tree, Ruby Red Grapefruit Tree, Fantasia Nectarine Tree, Blushing Delight (Columnar) Apple Tree, Clementine Tree, Calamondin **** and Cold-Hardy Red Russian Pomegranate ****. Each and every last tree came in looking healthy and amazingly beautiful. However, only one of my trees had didn't make it after it was planted due to transportation shock my (Cold Hardy Avocado Tree). I called customer service and explained the situation, sent pictures and they immediately credited my account because they didn't have anymore in stock to replace it. This company is amazing. I have other trees in my shopping cart that i will be purchasing soon such as the Sugar Apple (Sweetsop) Tree and the Moringa Tree. I purchased a Soursop Tree and NorthStar Cherry Tree from a different company (ONLY) because they didn't have these trees in stock at the time. I am a customer for life. I tell all of my family and friends about this company. I now have a beautiful fruit forest which are growing and blossoming very well.

  I spent $183 on a cherry tree, planted it in the beginning of spring and it was dead by the end of spring. It was watered properly, but it came with very little root system. They do not respond back. They're just stealing my money and I'm very dissatisfied.

  Over prices trees, I should have shopped around local more before ordering. Customers service was awful. I would never recommend this company.

  I hate to add to the unsatisfied community but here it goes.I got my tree early than expected. I was very excited! unfortunately the box was damaged and so was my tree. I called immediately and they were willing to send me a new one. I told them not yet. I would like to try to save this tree and how would I go about it they told me to get tree tape I did at my expense.After two weeks, it looked like it wasnt going to make it. I then called for them to replace my tree. ****** told me to dig up the ground around the tree and scrape the bark off from it and send him some pictures. I told him I wasnt going to jump through hoops I was already offered a replacement on day one now they werent going to honor it.I continued to nurse the tree doing everything I could .. I believe it's going to make it! Im very excited!I guess the bottom line is .they have poor customer service and I would never order anything from them again. I started going to my local nursery and I will continue to do so.

  I wish I would have read the many poor reviews here first. I ordered 8 shrubs that arrived half dead. I thought they would perk up. I immediately planted them. A week later they still look half dead. The customer service *** said that I should wait another month. The same shrubs at ********** are beautiful and less expensive. ****** learned.

  My dogwood tree arrived distressed from shipping. When I opened the box, I found the root ball had separated from the dirt. I planted a tree from Fast Growing Trees over a month ago. I planted the tree over a month ago, and it has not pushed out any growth. Now the pitiful growth that was on the tree is turning brown. Fast Growing trees keeps telling me it just needs more time. I have to agree. It just needs a little more time to die. The company is slow to respond and keeps telling me to wait. I would like to get a thriving tree going while it's still summer.
