    Best experience I've ever had ordering plants online! I was able to find answers to my questions right on the website and make decisions. I found plant options that I've never seen in stores. Every plant I received exceeded my expectations and when there was a problem with one shipment ******** fault, not FastGrowingTrees.com) customer service made everything right and they did it FAST!

    They are great people to order from. The order comes fast. They help with any questions. I had to get a replacement order and they were excellent to work with. They sent it right out and all my trees are growing beautifully. I love their variety and the help you receive when needed. I will use them again for sure.

    I recently purchased a 5-6 ft Japanese Maple tree for $250. This was the largest tree available for sale. The picture depicted a beautiful tree with many branches and a substantial trunk. What arrived was a 5-6 ft twig with red maple leaves. The trunk is smaller than the 1/2 inch rebar we had purchased to support smaller trees. It looks like a ************************* Christmas tree. When we called customer service they issued a $50 credit. My husband asked them to look up our previous orders over the last couple of months and see that we have spent well over $7,000 in trees. They offered nothing more. So, we are left with a ************************* Christmas tree. We do not recommend FastGrowingTrees.com. We will not be ordering from them again. Buyer beware!

    Twice my trees were delivered broken in half. Then I got a dead 12 tree that had been advertised as 3-4. Then I got a full size dead tree. No, Im not happy. Sorry guys.

    After paying a premium from a local tree service only to have the tree die and them not honoring the cost, I bought the same tree from Fast Growing Trees and have watched it soar! I have bought several more items and they are all doing very well.The items arrive as scheduled, packed well, and the site has great tips.
