    Both the Banana Tree and Coffee **** were good size and in excellent condition. They were boxed and are doing fine. Prices seem high to me, but they quality of product is good. Also, the online chat was readily available and someone who could give location advice. Thank you!

    The hydrangea was shipped in a very well designed box, plant was very healthy and no soil lost during transit. Actually surprised!

    Trees arrived 10 days after shipping and the box was bent over and broken. The trees looked dead and I've written to the customer service three times and have not heard back. I asked for my $$ back but have heard nothing. Terrible company.

    Excellent purchase, very happy with service provided. My customer service *** was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We purchased a Bloodgood Japanese Maple and it is simply exquisite. I cant wait until next Spring to make additional purchases.

    Paid $658 for three Yashino tress and received 6 sticks with no leaves. Called and was sent three replacement trees that were actually worse!!!Dont buy from here. Total scam.

    We are so sorry your tree arrived a bit bare. This time of year many of our trees are shipped out dormant due to seasonal changes. We cover the trees that are shipped dormant under our ******** guarantee. We have reached out directly to follow up.
