    This is my second purchase from Rugs.com. The prices are good, shipping is great, washability for pets is top notch! My first order was supposed to also have a rug pad, customer service was going to overnight the missing piece to make up for not including it. I opted for a refund instead and it was a hassle free fix. When my son makes a final decision on his decor for his new house, all his rugs will be ******* rugs!
