    The customer services was exemplary. Due to a color & measurement issue I headed to cancel my order and they responded promptly and efficiently., fantastic customer service. I trued to revise my initial review but am unable to do unfortunately. That’s unfortunate because originally I made a harsh comment and judgment too quickly and I shouldn’t have. . I will definitely purchase a rug from rugs.com when I figure out my measurements and color preference!

    Ive gotten all my rugs from here. The quality is great. They are sturdy & last. I only get new ones because I need a change. They have great selection of sizes. I highly recommend them. Check out is easy. Very pleased customer!
