    "The service department has been TERRIBLE and now under new management I just get the run around, not a timely call back, and theyre SUPPOSED to be servicing my vehicle I PURCHASED from them and theyre saying I gotta pay for a RENTAL when this case has been going on for about 2yrs THE SERVICE department claims they DO NOT have a loaner ALL THE **** they keep making EXCUSES after EXCUSESNO OTHER BIG DEALERSHIP I never had these problems FIVE STAR NISS in FLORENCE, SC IS JUST TERRIBLE, as a customer I SHOULD NEVER have to pay for towing, or rentals when I GOT A FULLY COVERED Vehicle ITS just TERRIBLE treat me as a good customer as such, AN ENTIRE AGGRAVATING EXPERIENCE with Five Star Nissan of Florence, SC"
