              On December 6, 2021 we were charged $200.00 by Home Pest Control of Cayce, SC for your annual home termite inspection. They scheduled the inspection for January 18, 2022 but did not inform us of the appointment. The Home Pest Control truck pulled into our driveway at 11:10 am. The driver sat in the truck until 11:38 am. He walked around to the back of our house and then back to his truck. He got back in the truck at 11:40 am and never left it again. He drove off at 12:16 pm. I called Home Pest Control to see if we had an appointment that day and they confirmed we did. I told them about the situation with their employee and they said they would look into it. I then checked the security camera footage from the back of the house to confirm that no termite inspection was completed. I called Home Pest Control back and told them I had the video and wanted to speak with a supervisor. They never contacted me concerning this issue.

              Horrible company to work for. Do not trust them. They will tell you it's ok to move the stations, but what they don't tell you is that by doing this you are violating the terms of the contract. Management is awful.
