1 starSince ***** ******* sold our account to Rocket Pest, we have had nothing but problems. What used to be a once a year minor appointment has turned into a year round annoyance. Our annual inspection was not due until May, but we started receiving bills in March for service that was not done nor yet due. We received a total of 7 bills, even after I called and scheduled the service for May. The service was completed in May, and now the company is scheduling automatic termite inspections for my home and sending me texts to notify me that they scheduled our home for July. I have to spend excessive amounts of time calling their company to tell them to cancel appointments not needed and bills not due.Review fromKaren H

1 starWe have received multiple calls, texts, emails, and bills for services not rendered from Rocket Pest Control. We have stopped the text messages, but they are mailing invoices now and we have not had any new services done and have signed no contracts for continuous services. We moved into our home in 2020 and the pest control services that were recommended to us were a local company. The next time we were contacted about pest control services, it was Rocket Pest Control. Apparently they bought out our original, local, company. We were not unhappy when Rocket Pest Control came out last year (2024) and their technician was great. This year, we have been bombarded with texts, phone calls, emails, and mail for a service we did not receive. We work from home and have cameras around our home and no one has just shown up from Rocket Pest Control to complete any service. We will be finding a new pest control company. I do not recommend Rocket Pest Control.Review fromJill G

1 starWe signed a contract with Rocket Pest in March 2025 and gave W our cc information. W said they will not charge our cc with our permission. W sent his "right hand" man out to do what was stated in the contract, but his "right hand" man didn't do what was stated in the contract. J (right hand man) sprayed yellow foam outside of all of our vents around the house which looks bad. On top of that the foam is temporary. I asked W where the trap was that was stated in the contract, and he said they didn't do a trap. W said J threw 2 cans of fog sprays under the house to kill the rodent. He said our tenant will not smell a thing. W said J couldn't get under the house, so he used fog. I asked W how he cleaned under the house like the contact said. W said he went under the house and cleaned. Our tenant was there to watch J the entire time and J never went under the house. I told W I was not happy with J's work nor was I happy that they charged my cc without my permission. W has given many excuses as of why he cannot come back to fix the vents from under my house. Very poor work, communication and excuses.Rocket Pest Control

Upon receiving Ms. ******* review, our General Manager for that area, Mr. Jason D***, called and left four messages for Ms. *******. Today, 7/21, Ms. ******* and Mr. D*** were able to communicate via text message. Mr. D*** coordinated with Ms. ******* and went to the rental home. He was able to fix the crawlspace vents exclusion work. He spoke to the tenant, who was happy with the work. Mr. D*** also texted Ms. ******* back and sent her a picture of the work that was done to fix the issue, and she approved. We appreciate the opportunity to make things right. We value our customers, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you.Review fromChristine N

1 starRocket pest control tried to scam me out of $415. When I moved into my new home, I was told to schedule a meeting with rocket pest control. I did, and at the end of the meeting, I was offered the possibility of signing up for service but declined. The representative ignored my request, and emailed me a contract telling me to sign it. I responded saying that I was not signing anything, and that I had declined service. A year later, I get three invoices in a row telling me I owe them $415 for services and that I am 60 days overdue. I immediately called them up, told them their invoice was fraudulent and to remove my name immediately from their list. They said they’d “cancel” my contract (no contract exists, so there’s nothing to cancel), and that was it. Reading others’ reviews, it sounds like this is a common practice of rocket pest control.Review fromBron B

1 starRocket Pest keeps billing us for services not provided. I called them numerous times and customer service said I can disregard. The last time I called, I requested to cancel all services with them and explained to the rep why. We received another text message and bill in the mail a couple weeks after canceling. This is poor customer experience, dishonest billing practices and no attempt at service recovery. I will never use them for services and recommend others to stay away.Review fromAbby P

1 starI used Rocket Pest Control, Greenville, SC, for a 10-year Termite Bond which requires an annual inspection to maintain the bond that your home is termite-free.
I paid the Fall 2024 service, but was charged $204 vs the $170/year that I originally contracted for. I called back and was given a credit which they offered to put back on my credit card, but I said it was fine to leave on the account.
We sold the property in May 2025, but even after numerous calls in 2025, Rocket would not refund the $34 credit. I called March 28, April 4, May 12, May 20, and May 23. The customer service person on May 23 called me back and told me the Billing Dept said the $34 was a credit for future service, not a refund, so the company will not refund my $34.
This company is not honorable, so beware choosing it for services.Review fromEstee A

1 starThis company is a scam and lies as an intimidation tactic. They are trying to bill us for “services” we never contacted them about or approved. They had our information because “new construction” in fact, they claim to have been out here for service with our name on the account prior to us even living in South Carolina. Bottom line, we never set up or approved services. We didn’t approve them being on our property. They sent us a bill for services that were never communicated. We have cameras and no trespassing signs posted around our property. This is a horrible business.Review fromElizabeth J

1 starThis company (ROCKET PEST CONTROL) gets absolutely ZERO stars from me. Customer service appears to be non-existent.
On March 15, 2025 I received a total of six (6) calls AFTER I had called and spoken to a man named Rene (sp.) Before calling the company I had received three (3) calls. I asked this Rene person to please remove my number from their call list as I already have service with another company and he said O.K.
No sooner did I hang up before I received calls at 12:17pm, 12:22pm, 12:45pm, 3:25pm, 4:57pm and 5:58pm. Really???
On March 17, 2025 (the day of this writing) I again called Rocket Pest Control and once again got Rene on the phone. When I requested a supervisor I was put on hold for 10 minutes 52 seconds. When Rene came back online he promised a supervisor would contact me. It's now 2:30pm and I'm still waiting!
I would NEVER do business with a company that doesn't have common courtesy. Just imagine if I was a client. How would I be treated? Thank goodness I'll NEVER know!!!!!Review fromLori G

1 starRocket Pest Control can not be trusted. I paid for a contract for what I was told to be one year to get rid of squirrels. Shame on me for not marking my calendar of the end date and reading all their fine print, because they kept coming to check traps after the contract ended and then sent me a bill after 6 months of service beyond what I asked for and what I believed I signed up for. They didn't send me a bill one month after they started a new service I was not aware of, instead they send me a huge bill after 6 months that I questioned and then they told me I had to pay and could cancel. Then they call me the next day and tell me I have to pay more to cancel because I signed something, which I have not signed anything beyond the original contract and which their customer service said nothing of on my call with them. I am horrified how deceptive this business is. They do not openly communication, provide false information when sold their service, and then punish you for their deceitful business practices. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone.Review fromJennifer S

1 starI had a pest control company and the owner retired. I was told that Rocket was taking over the contract. The original company always sent me a card when they would be coming and usually it was fine, but I could call them if I was not going to be home and we'd reschedule.Rocket billed me for a monthly service that I did not even know that they did. I called them and said that I did not want to continue with them, because I did not like the idea of them coming when I'm not home. How do I even know that they were there ?They billed me again and supposedly came again. Now to be clear I was NOT in a lifetime contract with Alternate Pest Control it was month to month. I had no such contract with Rocket either.Just because they bought the company and got the contacts, does not entitle them to assume they that can continue to to have me as a customer.I called again and said please stop this and come and get your traps. They said that they would and they came when I was not home and picked up 7 of the 8 traps. Another person was home and had offered to show them where the traps were, but they insisted that they knew all about where they were.I called again and told them that the person who said that they had come to service "all the time" had left one of the traps and to PLEASE come when I am home. This time they did. They are billing me for a higher rate than the old company and keep calling for me to pay.I pay my bills on time and have never had to pay interest on my credit cards so my credit rating is very high. This company has made a terrible impression on me and this abuse is uncalled ******'s pretty sleazy to try and FORCE someone to be your customer and harass them on top of it when they do not want your service. I'd steer clear of this business.
