1 starGovPlus uses an AI robot not accepting the best professional photos. I paid for a professional photo at ********'s Photo and it was refused, just as my previous 5 tries to submit my own photo were. I believe the robot will reject all photos after several tries. If this is the best the US Government can do for passport renewals, the Government has failed it's citizens here.GovPlus

"GovPlus is a private online software technology company not affiliated with or endorsed by any government or state agency. We do not charge for any forms, however, we charge for the use of our software in assisting you with completing the form. We are not a financial, accounting, or law firm and do not provide legal or financial advice."
We have also included that same disclaimer in the terms & conditions, that must be acknowledged BEFORE payment can be processed. We do this to ensure our customers have read it.
For added clarity and transparency, the verbiage "Not the government, just a helpful private company" appears close to the top of our homepage for increased visibility. The domain suffix .com is also a giveaway that our website is not a government website. Additionally, disclaimers about our status as a private company are indicated on our homepage and all landing pages next to the call-to-actions and instructions that bring customers to our application. Please know that GOV+ processes a variety of forms, not just for passport applications. More applications and value added services are being added and these are by requests.
Regarding your feedback about the *** yes, GovPlus, like millions of companies these days utilizes advanced technology, including *** to streamline and enhance various aspects of our service. Please know that at any time, you are able to click the Talk to a person" feature. We have live agents round the clock to assist all of our customers.

While our system facilitates quick evaluations, it does not compromise on the stringent requirements set by the government. We understand your frustration with the rejection of your professionally taken photo and your own submissions.
It's important to note that passport photo guidelines can be very specific, covering dimensions, lighting, and facial positioning. Our system ensures compliance with these guidelines, which may sometimes result in the rejection of photos that do not meet the exact criteria. The rejection of photos doesn't imply a flaw in the quality of the images but rather adherence to precise specifications.

1 starI would never use them again. After initially giving them a great review we had nothing but problems. 1st, they kept rejecting my husband's photo. 2nd, it was not intuitive to submit the information via the internet. 3rd, my passport packet took way more time to receive than it should have. My husband has yet to receive his. 4th, there were plenty of mistakes and I had to speak to them on the phone with a representative to get emailed corrections that I had to print. 5th, I went to the *************** today, only to be told that I needed to return tomorrow with original documents. Gov+ wrote separate checks for various things and the passport office wanted only one check. Our local passport office thought we wasted our money! So do we.GovPlus

We extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have faced, especially due to the very rare occurrence of a misprint causing the checks to be rejected. Such an incident is entirely unacceptable, and we deeply regret any frustration it may have caused. We have since corrected this slight misalignment issue causing a border line to be over the numeric dollar amount on the check.
We understand the inconvenience of having to write your own checks, and as a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a partial refund of $29 (50%) of the software fee incurred for our services.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the challenges you've encountered, and we are committed to making it right for you.
Furthermore, we are pleased to inform you that, as of today, January 30th, we can see that ****** application package has already been delivered.
