1 starWhat a waste of time. From the ads I expected that if I supplied all my info and photograph that I would receive a passport in the mail, but no. After a thorough review of our communication records, it is important to clarify some discrepancies. We have documented multiple interactions with you, primarily through emails, our representatives diligently assisted you, spanning from September to October 2023.
It's important to note that your application's delay is directly attributable to the passport photos you provided, which failed to meet government-required standards for multiple reasons. Firstly, the initial photo submission depicted a non-neutral facial expression and inappropriate attire, specifically a sleeveless shirt, which contravenes guidelines. Additionally, a subsequent photo appeared to be a selfie, contrary to advice for a third-party taken image.Our insistence on adhering to these guidelines is not arbitrary but a crucial aspect of our service, aimed at preventing the inconvenience of rejected applications. Accepting substandard photos would not only fail to meet government criteria but also hinder our commitment to efficient service delivery.
Despite our guidance, your application has been stalled since October 30, 2023, due to the absence of a compliant passport photo. Continuing to process an application without meeting all requirements is both impractical and against government policy.
We would also like to specifically respond to your statement: Company out scamming people promising service of saving time and money but up charging you every step of the way. We advocate for responsible language use, particularly when employing such strong terms. Such statements should be supported by factual information or evidence rather than arising from individual oversights in reading, comprehension, or biased assumptions.
We will also take this as an opportunity to reorient you to our application process. As previously communicated, we have provided significant assistance and clear instructions to aid in your passport renewal application process. It's essential to understand that the resolution lies within your control. For the charge, the initial service fee of $57 covers the use of our proprietary software and access to your personal dashboard to submit any other form we offer now and in the future. We also offer features free of charge such as customer service assistance. You will only be charged the mandatory government fees once your application has gone through steps that would deem it eligible for either submission or shipping. Specifically for passport renewal, $130 passport fee was charged to be converted to a check, that would be mailed with your application materials as this is an acceptable payment method for this particular application. You were also charged and refunded multiple times because you submitted duplicate applications for both TSA and Passport.
Our priority has always been customer satisfaction and you were issued refunds when you chose not to proceed with your application. A total of $548 was issued to the originally charged account and email confirmations for each charge were sent. We do not wish to keep customers that do not see value in our offerings or in their inaccurate assumptions claim we are a scam as you state. There is no need to make assumptions as we are a legitimate company offering assistance to thousands of customers that see extreme value in our services. You may restart your application at your own convenience. We sincerely wish you the best.
