    Awful ****. I paid almost $200 so they can fill out the documents and not even send to a government agency. They send to you to review and take in! Whats the point?! Fill the paperwork out yourself and move on. Save yourself from this hassle free website. Its all hassle and certainly not free.

Please know that we have investigated the issue you experienced with the email tracking of your passport application and made steps to ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and please accept our sincerest apologies. 
     
    We would also like to address the assumption you stated: "I paid almost $200 so they can fill out the documents and not even send to a government agency. They send to you to review and take in!. We encourage you to re-explore our website, including official articles, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our company and services. All relevant information regarding our services, broken down by product or application type, is prominently displayed on the website for free.

    For the one-time software fee of $57, customers gain the ability to fulfill all the requirements for passport renewal applications without the need for a printer or scanner. All necessary materials, like online passport photo taken from the comfort of their home or office while using our patented technology, the customer dashboard will aid in uploading document copies, accurate forms, and the government fees charged will be converted into our company checks; completed to the governments-specific requirements, will be issued by us for your convenience and accuracy, all these will be delivered directly to their home or designated address, eliminating the need for potential mistakes and additional trips to obtain the needed items (envelopes, checks, stamps, passport pictures etc.) We take responsibility for your application documents. Literally, simply opening your mailbox reveals everything required. Just drop in the needed documents and mail it off. 

    In our Terms of Service: 

    EIN Plus (DBA GovPlus) provides the use of its software as the service, we are responsible for ensuring the application is completed and in some cases sent to the corresponding Government or ************ BUT NOT FOR THE ACTUAL ISSUING OF THE DOCUMENTS,. We clearly state this in our terms of service,  but in case you did not read them we are happy to reiterate them.

    Our priority has always been and will always be customer satisfaction, we have  issued a full refund of the GovPlus software fee of $57. Refund confirmation email has been sent to your inbox from ******************************** today, April 10 at 7:48 AM EDT. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be posted, as bank processing times may vary. We are committed to providing top-notch services and we hope to have the opportunity to make it up to you in the future.
