1 starThey make it seem like youre paying for tsa precheck but really youre giving them $97 for absolutely nothing. Even the appointment scheduler service which I would happily and easily do on my own did not work. They didnt even have me marked down as having an appointment.GovPlus

We attempted to contact you by phone at 12:03 PM EST on July 23rd in order to address your concerns through verbal communication. However, it appears that our attempt might have coincided with an inconvenient time for you. Consequently, we left a voice message to ensure that you are informed about our intentions to address your concerns effectively.
We highly encourage our valued customers to utilize the dedicated GOV+ support channels when they have concerns or inquiries. Had you chosen to reach out to us through these official channels, we would have gladly assisted you and provided the necessary information without the need for a public review. Utilizing the designated support channels ensures a direct and efficient resolution, sparing you the inconvenience of public disclosures and potential misunderstandings. We remain committed to offering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a confidential and respectful manner.
On June 12th, you submitted an application for *** PreCheck with our company. On June 14th, we sent you an email informing you of the nearest location for your appointment and the earliest available appointment dates and times. We understand that you were distressed about the appointment choices provided by the *** agency, which became unavailable soon after you selected them. Please note that we facilitate the booking process but cannot control the availability of the *** agency. You were asked to provide your preferred *************, and you complied. We were able to secure an appointment on a weekday after 4 PM, as you had expressly requested. Therefore, we successfully met your needs. Regarding your statement that the multiple automated schedule selections sent to you did not work, we must clarify that this information is inaccurate. It is important to understand that due to the high volume of applicants, appointment schedules are limited and operate on a first-come-first-served basis. As such, we do not have direct control over the availability of specific appointments. However, what we can control is helping you book the appointment, as we were able to successfully do. It is crucial to acknowledge that our team diligently strives to accommodate our customers' preferences to the best of our ability. We are committed to assisting in finding a suitable time slot for their *** PreCheck enrollment. That is why customized bookings are offered to the customers who contact us directly.
On not one, but two separate occasions, we provided the appointment details to you. The first instance occurred through a chat interaction, which you explicitly confirmed. The second instance involved an email communication, also acknowledged and confirmed. Any claim suggesting that we were not able to mark you down as having an appointment" is also not accurate. We made every effort to ensure proper communication and confirmation of the appointments selected.
We would like to take this opportunity to address the matter of the $97 software fee. We understand that there might have been a misinterpretation on your end regarding the purpose of this fee. Allow us to clarify that the $97 software fee is associated with the utilization of our privately-owned proprietary software, which serves as a fundamental tool for processing applications efficiently. Moreover, it grants users access to a personalized dashboard through which they can submit other relevant forms that we currently offer. In your specific case, the software also allowed you the convenience of selecting an appointment according to your preferences independently.
It is also essential to understand that our services and offerings extend beyond *** PreCheck applications. We also offer extensive features free of charge such as customer service assistance with pre-enrollment, customized booking or rescheduling *** appointments for new applicants. One of our notable and distinctive features - our patented autofill technology, enables the seamless completion of government forms with a single click. This technology serves as the cornerstone of our platform, setting us apart from competitors and government sites alike. We provide an array of additional services that vary by specific form being submitted but an overview is as follows: including but not limited to real-time tracking and updates, online payment capabilities, expert application review, personalized application packets, and 24/7 live customer support accessible within seconds through chat, phone, and emailall within a centralized platform. Our consolidation and streamlined process eliminates the need to visit multiple websites, create numerous login credentials, and obtain each form or application individually. It is important to highlight that these features are currently not provided by the government.
We understand, based on your complaint, that you do not see the value in our company's software, specifically for the *** product. However, we currently offer five other products, and this is expanding every month. In addition, we respect your opinion of dissatisfaction. However, please know that our company's NPS score is ****, far above the current industry standard for a software company, as measured by Qualtrics XM Institute.

Lastly, our services are entirely voluntary, and there is no obligation for customers to utilize them. A great number of our customers seek assistance with their application process by opting for our services, even if it involves paying for added convenience. We acknowledge that you may not personally perceive the value or convenience of the services we offer, and we genuinely respect your opinion. In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have refunded the $97 charge as of July 23rd and a refund confirmation email has been sent as well. Kindly acknowledge the receipt. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be posted to your account, as bank processing times may vary.
