    DO NOT USE! They will take your money and there is no way to talk to a person. They have a phone number but a human NEVER answers. Their customer service chat is an AI Agent that has a script to not help you.

    Gov plus is a complete scam. My application is still pending.I attempted to get my money back and that was an epic fail. This company really needs to be investigated. They are scamming consumers out of hundreds of dollars what a shame.. Hopefully someone is able to stop them from taking advantage of people.

    WARNING: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!This company withdrew money from my account without my authorization. I never approved any payment, yet a week later, I saw the charge. I initially checked how long it would take to receive my document but did not proceed with any transaction. Now, I cant reach ************* through chat nor by phone. This is completely unacceptable. Do not trust this company. Stay away!

    Dear Mr. *************** want to assure you that GovPlus would never charge any payment without proper authorization. It appears there may be some confusion regarding the transaction. If a charge was applied, it means the payment was manually authorizedmeaning you entered your payment details, agreed to the terms and conditions, and clicked "Submit" to complete the transaction.

    To clarify the fees:
    $67 GOV+ Fee - BIRTH CERTIFICATE Application

    Please note that any charges made to a credit card are directly tied to a product or service that was selected and submitted during the order process.

    In your case we see that you paid $67 for a birth certificate application; we have refunded you this fee as of today.

    TOTAL SCAM. Paid them a lot of money for nothing. Called State Department this afternoon. They have no record of my application. Filled out form online and mailing my passport application in and paying a second fee. Total scam.

    Date Jan 6th:
    $67 passport processing fee (Photo rejected)
    $77 discounted TSA application (Incomplete)
    $130 passport government fee (we issue a check for you)

    We notice that the status of your TSA application has not been completed by you and your passport application is pending a valid photo the one uploaded does not meet the criteria. The quality is too low due to the photo being taken too far away.
    It is more a full body photo, the photo should be from the belly button upward.

    If you require assistance with the photo please let us know. We ask for you to retake a photo and you are free to email it to us for validation if you wish?

    We await your response.
