    This site is nothing but a ****! Filled my application on line, $67.00 , $130.00 for passport. Signed it and sent it back. A week later they returned it saying they didnt receive any money.I have the receipts from them that it was paid and I have my credit card to prove it. I also have an email from them that I didnt owe any money after so many emails went back and forth. Its awful how they get away with this! I am out $197.00 and no new passport I need help getting these people to give me my refund so I can re-apply for to Government.org.Thank you!******** ******

    We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few details. When you received your application package, it included a clear instruction sheet outlining the next steps. Its good that you signed the form and included your current passport when you mailed your requirements. However, had you also included the $130 check provided in the packagefunded from the payment you made through ***** facility would not have asked you to make another payment. The check was prepared specifically for this purpose, to be sent along with the signed form, your photo, and your passport.
