    No customer service, tried to contact them could not understand their customer service personnel dint spear to speak English. I was told I made mistake on birth city cannot correct this on my own they promised it was corrected and still didnt receive my tsa documents! So far not worth the money .

We highly recommend that you use the dedicated support channels for any questions or concerns you might have. Opting for assistance through these official channels would have allowed us to promptly address your needs, provide necessary information, explanations, or even a refund if necessary. You would have also benefited from a direct and efficient resolution, while maintaining confidentiality and minimizing the risk of misunderstandings or inconveniences. 

    The initial reason for delay is because your account was blocked  due to you inputting your city of birth incorrectly. As a security feature we must manually correct this for you, then once your application is corrected we can move to setting an appointment.

    Please understand that your decision to engage our services on September 21st, 2023, was entirely voluntary, and we trust that you had the opportunity to thoroughly review the disclaimers and necessary steps required for the *** application. We would like to specifically address your concern regarding the non-receipt of your *** documents. Please know that your eligibility for *** PreCheck comes after the scheduled in person appointment, which is a requirement, as also clearly stated on our website. 

    For NEW *** PreCheck applications, it is required that customers provide accurate information on the *** application, in your case the birth place was not accepted, once forms are completed accurately, we schedule anIn-Person Appointment for you at a convenient time and location. During this appointment that we schedule for you, you will be required to provide identification documents and have your fingerprints taken. *** will also conduct a background check using the information you have provided. Once eligibility is determined, most applicants typically receive approval notifications within 3-5 days, although certain applications may take up to 60 days for processing.

    Please know that there is not a physical *** PreCheck card or specific *** documents issued. You are simply issued a designated known traveler number. This number should be saved by you and inputted when traveling. We also save this number for you as part of our services just in case you misplace or lose it simply by email , chat or call us and we will send it to you. Eligible travelers should input their Known Traveler Number into their airline reservations to ensure they receive a *** PreCheck indicator on their boarding pass. This indicator facilitates the expedited security screening process at participating airports.

    In your particular situation, it's worth highlighting that your application encountered errors in the processing phase due to inaccuracies in the information you supplied, particularly regarding your state and city of birth. On September 27th, when you contacted our phone support, our agent, ****, effectively verified these inaccuracies and corrected the errors in your application. We genuinely apologize if any aspect of our agent's communication, including their accent, caused any discomfort. Please understand that we are always prepared to arrange a callback or take any necessary steps to address your concerns or have an agent with no accent call you back or be transferred, simply ask and we will accommodate. 

    Subsequently, you sought assistance again via chat support on September 29th and, despite our representative addressing your concerns and ensuring the necessary amendments were made, and both you and your fiance's appointments booked together for convenience you expressed an intention to leave a negative review. It's important to note that our representative, ***, offered to waive the one time service fee and diligently assisted you in booking your appointment and explained the rationale behind the requirement for an in-person appearance. Furthermore, in an effort to accommodate your request, we processed your and your fiance's appointments on the same day, providing you with customized appointment details via email.

    Despite these extensive efforts to correct your application and book the appointments for you to address your concerns and accommodate your requests, you proceeded to leave a negative review. We regret that despite delivering our services as promised you feel the need to publicly complain when we feel the frustration was really due to you accidentally inputting the inaccurate birth place then getting upset at us. We tried to make the situation right but understand your decision.


    We value all customer feedback and strive to provide a high level of service, and it is unfortunate to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations despite our best efforts. 

    In light of your dissatisfaction and your personal view that our services are not worth your money, we have processed a full refund of $97 to your account on September 29th, 2023 despite the application being processed, completed and appointment booked,  essentially services were rendered as promised on our end, please accept this refund as a gesture of goodwill and know that the appointments we booked are still valid. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary among banks. An email containing the refund confirmation details has been sent to you and you have promptly opened the correspondence within minutes of it being sent.

    We have taken all the necessary steps to address your concerns and processed the refund. With this, we consider this matter to be fully resolved.
