    They charge and then do everything you would do and send your forms for you to file for your passport. It's need since July 5th then received my forms to send to gov on Aug 31 and still haven't gotten my passport

You would have also benefited from a direct and efficient resolution, while maintaining confidentiality and minimizing the risk of misunderstandings or inconveniences. 

    Your recent public statements, specifically the claim that 'It's need since July 5th then received my forms to send to gov on Aug 31 and still haven't gotten my passport.' necessitates a response for clarification. To provide accurate information, your application was made available for shipping on August 18th and was subsequently picked up by **** on the 24th, reaching you by August 26th. If you sent your application promptly and it arrived at the facility on August 30th, 2023, the U.S. ********** of ***** officially received your passport book application on August 31st.

    It's important to understand that the routine processing timeframe for passport applications is typically ***** weeks, and this duration does not include shipping time. Therefore, as of September, your application had just entered the processing phase.

    The review of your application with us experienced delays primarily due to the multiple instances in which you were required to submit and resubmit your passport photo. On July 5th, you initially submitted your application, and we promptly initiated the processing. Subsequently, you provided a photo that did not meet the specified qualifications, leading to our notification to you on July 7th, requesting you to upload an appropriately qualified photo into our system. Please refer to this photo instruction and requirements email sent to you for the specific qualifications for the photo.

    -The distance between your face and the camera should be 40 cm

    -The photo should be taken by another person if possible (avoid selfies)

    -Your face should be in front of the lens, with the camera positioned at eye level

    -Please keep a neutral expression and remove eyeglasses

    -Stand facing a light source with a white background

    -Wear appropriate attire

    July 10, you then resubmitted a photo wearing glasses again. On July 17 you submitted a photo not wearing a proper attire. July 24th, a photo submitted facing sideways from the camera. 

    While we can expedite the submission of your application, the actual processing time is dependent on the government's timeline and staffing.
