    This is a ****. They tell you $7 and charge you $92. I have heard nothing from then since filling out paperwork for precheck. They advertise on Facebook and all of their comments are blocked because they don't want anyone to know they are ******* people.

Opting for assistance through these official channels would have allowed us to promptly address your needs, provide necessary information, explanations, or even a refund if necessary. You would have also benefited from a direct and efficient resolution, while maintaining confidentiality and minimizing the risk of misunderstandings or inconveniences. 



    Your recent public statements, specifically your claims  that ' This is a scam. They tell you $7 and charge you $92. I have heard nothing from then since filling out paperwork for precheck.  ' require a response.



    Please take the time to understand our services and approach the use of the term "scam" with caution. We are a legitimate private company fully registered under state and local laws. These accusations are unfounded and inaccurate, as it is not our responsibility if individuals fail to read the entirety of the website before making assumptions. We encourage all users to make a habit of reading carefully and thoroughly before making any accusations of being  scammed.



    We wish to emphasize that are a private company that offers services beyond what the government provides. We do not just offer assistance for *** PreCheck. We offer a variety products with variety of features such as automatic form completion, real-time tracking and updates, online payments, expert application review, customized packets for selected applications, and 24/7 live customer support in seconds via chat, phone, and email in one single platform. These features are currently not offered by the government.



    Your assertion that you have received nothing from us is also not accurate. We request you to review your email inbox as you were sent a receipt for the payment made on September 22nd for $97. It's important to note that for a transaction to be processed, the the amount of the product is displayed along with the disclaimer "Government fees are not included,  BEFORE you manually enter your credit card information and agree to the terms and conditions. These steps are in place to ensure that you authorize the transaction and agree to the terms. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that we currently do not offer any products for $7, our software fees range from $57-$97, so it appears that there might have been a mistake on your part regarding the payment amount.



    Furthermore, on September 24th, we sent a notification requesting you to select an appointment for your in-person appearance at the nearest *** facility. It appears that these emails both receipt and the appointment options, have not been opened. If you require any assistance or have concerns, please know that the "Contact us" tab on our website is prominently visible, and we would be more than happy to address your questions and provide assistance.



    For your statement that "comments are blocked because they don't want anyone to know they are scamming people" , It's important to emphasize again that we are a private business and not affiliated with the government. However, we have noticed that individuals mistake us for a government entity, leading them to express their political views and ires on our platform. We request our users to refrain from using our platform for political discussions, as our focus is on providing valuable and relevant information related to our services.



    We strive to create a friendly and welcoming environment for all our users. We would like to inform you that the comments are currently undergoing a screening process to ensure the quality and appropriateness of the content shared.



    And since we highly prioritize customer satisfaction and based on your feedback, you do not see the value  in what GOVPLUS has to offer. Please know that you are specifically focusing on the *** product; however, we have many other products and more added all the time. We respect your viewpoint and therefore, we have processed a full refund of $97 to your charged account on October ********. Since the application has not been completed, it is in line with the refund policy. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be posted, as bank processing times may vary. An email containing the refund confirmation details has been sent to you. Please acknowledge upon receipt. We are confident that we have addressed all of your concerns. We consider this matter closed.
