    This company posed as a website for submitting for a passport renewal. When I filled out the info a fraud report went out from my credit card company. I would like all of my personal information removed and my money refunded.

    Realized this wasnt a legit passport application site after being charged for passport booklet. My main complaint is that I never got the promised email with the form I filled out which I would think would at least assist me with my legitimate passport application. Its like $85.53 disappeared into thin air

    Not realizing this was a third-party company and not a US government site, I paid $67.88 for passport renewal and the submission all of my personal data, including my social security number, address, parents' names, etc. *********** has already refunded the money I paid. THE SPECIFIC ACTION I AM REQUESTING IMMEDIATELY: I request that all of my data be deleted from the company's servers and any other record-keeping repositories or databases.

    I searched for online passport renewal and was misled by GovAssist website. They claim to approve and provide passport renewals and charged me $88.83 to fill out the same form as ***************** Government site provides for free.     Trying to renew my passport I go to ****** to find govassist offering a passport renewal service. After providing my information (which I now want deleted from the company servers) and ending what I thought was the passport application process I opened my email to find a PDF of all the information that I had entered instructing me to go to schedule an appointment. The site is Misleading, impersonating government services, and targets vulnerable people. I unfortunately went through with the application with the assumption that this was an actual Passport application and ultimately was scammed out of $85.83. I want a refund and for the business STOP IMPERSONATING GOVERNMENT SERVICES!!!

    I was unaware that a form on the GovAssist website containing a passport renewal application was not affiliated with the ** Government, though I became aware only after I submitted my application. I have formally requested that the organization delete all personal information that was submitted with my application, and notify me in writing once this has been completed. Additionally, I requested that they do not provide or sell my information to any third parties.

    This business is the first thing that popped up when looking up a passport renewal. After I selected the form I needed to complete and then filled everything out there was no sort of disclaimer or acknowledgement process about them not actually working with the government. It was only when I received the paperwork that I realized I still had to pay the government and that ********** was charging over $60 to generate a form that could have been filled out for free on the actual governments website. Now ********** has my personal information; including my SSN as well as my parents names and contact information. Disappointing. I am hoping that my identity is not stolen or my personal information sold.

    I went to submit an application for Global Entry and this site was the first one to pop up. I entered all of my personal information including passport, ID, and past addresses. When I got to the end the price was $195 which is higher than advertised for regular global entry. My card declined thankfully because my bank caught this fraud before I did. I then realized this was not a .gov site and a third party. I would like all of my information completely removed from the website.
