THERE ARE SEVERE PROBLEMS WITH THE FACILTY MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE HANDLING. OF SISTUATION.S. THERE'S SEVERE LACK COMMUNICATIONS WITH TENANTS AND LEASING AGENTS. I lived at Grandview Point Apartments for 2 years. While living there several billing issues that were not caused my me. I was also living in unsafe conditions with a dishwasher filled with water and mold that was replaced a year and a half later. Upon moving out I cleaned the entire apartment left it in good condition and documented all of it time stamped. I had to reach out multiple times to find out the status of my security deposit and only received an answer 2 months later saying that there was a lot of damage to the apartment and I would only be getting $231 of 764 deposit sent to my address I provided. I responded and told them I do not owe those charges and no response was given. It has been almost 4 months and I have yet to receive any compensation and today I get an alert and the $231 thats I was suppose to received is now on my credit account as a amount thats is delinquent . I believe they owe me my full security deposit back plus interest since I have been out since June 30th and have not received any deposit and now my credit has been impacted for something I do not owe. Hello my name is ************************* and I'm being harassed by my apartment complex. I a week or so ago received a notice of a pet being in my apartment which is not true. I went to the office to address this matter they stated I have a dog there are cameras all over the complex you would have to physically see me walking a said dog I stated I can't even afford to take care of a pet. They stated that they were going to take the pet fee off of my lease. Which they did not I received a late rent notice today for the pet rent they said they took off of my lease. Even after I received the first notice I received a visit from unidentified occupants saying they were doing a city inspection I recorded the entire visit I feel that since they have have changed owners recently they are trying to push me out of the apartment i don't want to be here anymore then they want me to be here I stated in the video did you see any animals or dog they said no. In June of 2020 i moved to ****************************** and since then i have been scammed by the property management team. The house was not fixed how they said it would be amount a laundry list of other things. Im 2021 i was awarded a rental credit from the city. I contacted my property manager to let her know they needed to login and get the money and i got no response. I contacted her every month for 3 months with no response. Then i logged on to my rent portal to see that they were charging me court fees and trying to evict me because their property manager was not doing her job. We went to court mediation and i won because they were in the wrong for not doing their job. I then decided to not move out and stay for another year. I moved out June 2023 and not once was i called or emailed about there being damages to the property but got a letter in the mail from a creditor for the damages. When i contacted the property manager she couldnt even tell me what the damages were. Not only that i was charged the incorrect rent my entire last year living there. I have been trying to get help with invalid eviction Since September 2021 and have not received any resolution. I contacted the regional manager who has now resigned I have been giving the run around for 2 years regarding this eviction that has now gone to a creditor. I have sent emails and proof of everything needed and still no help with this. I’ve contacted HR when I call there is no answer I have been calling since February. Hello,
I am the new Regional Property Manager for ********* Apartments. After doing my research regarding this matter, the balance charges regarding ****************** are correct. Per the lease she signed, she/all residents are to submit a 30-day notice to vacate. ****************** did not do that.
I found some previous emails between ****************** and the Manger ************** and it reflects the following;
09/22/21 - (previous resident) ****************** asking about her balance owe and that she moved out ot the apartment.
09/22/21 - (previous Manager) ************** asked ****************** did she submit a notice to vacate the apartment.
09/22/21 - ****************** stated she didn't know she had to give a notice to vacate the apartment, but she still has keys to the unit and moved to Geogia.
09/22/21 - ************** inspected the apartment where ****************** dwelled and found significant amount of trash in the unit, damages to the carpet (in which the carpet had to be replaced, cleaning and etc.) After which ************** assessed the charges to ****************** move out ledger.

in May of this year, I was forced to leave one of Odin Properties due to a neighbor upstairs who walked into my apartment half naked and high. After that, he proceeded to harass me on a daily basis. After I left, the property manager advised me, that a bill I was emailed was really a credit. Last week, she then said that a bill I received was from cleaning out my apartment. I left the apartment in immaculate condition. I would like to see proof with a video that shows the apartment number as well as images of what they believe that I am responsible for. They ignored unsafe conditions, like an outlet that was pried away from a wall as well animal waste right in front of the building. In addition, I have video of the upstairs neighbor walking into my apartment.Business Response

********************* is a former tenant of ******** ***** Apartments. During **. ******* residency, she did experience and report complaints of a neighbor above her causing disturbances late and night as well as on one occasion attempting to enter her unit. Of course, this was unnerving for the tenant and as management we did all we could within our capacity to accomodate **************** while upholding fair housing standards. We filed a breach on the tenant who caused the disturbances and are still in court proceedings. **************** allegedly decided to vacate the unit due to her being in fear that the neighbor would retaliate because we took him to court. The tenant never threatened to or retaliated but we understand this does not negate **. ******* fears. However, **************** provided no notice of her vacating the unit. She simply skipped and left her unit fully furnished. Therefore **************** forfeited her deposit. I have included a copy of the lease which clearly spells out these terms. moved out on 30march 2023. the lease was up.gave them 30 days notice. left apt.so clean the mgr. there **************** complimented me for such a good job. My apartment is roach infested and no working air conditioner and I just signed my lease on 6/28/23. And have paid a large sum of money for a deposit. Dead and living roaches are everywhere. ******************** air conditioner has been fixed. 5 staff members have been in her apartment to inspect for roaches, along with the exterminator and *** ***** County Housing Authority. There are no signs of roaches in the unit, however, the exterminator still sprayed her apartments. Slumlord made me go six months with no functioning bathroom hole in walls both roof of living room and bathroom had an infestation of rats and roaches I have all proper documents requesting fix even contacting LNI. They maintained unsafe working conditions
