    We moved to ************ Apartment Homes, managed by AION Management located in Beverly NJ ***** in Sep 23rd. Same day we moved there was a lot of issues in the apartment that were fixed a month later which we never got credit for in our rent. However, these are the remaining issues: The entry closet has a terrible rat smell which they tried to fix by replacing the carpet but did not work. Then they sad they had to replace the floor and we been waiting for maintenance to come for over 2 months. Heater/Thermostat is not heating enough which is against the law now that winter is coming, they came in to fix it but they issue persist. I opened a new work order but they just close it with no advise. Also, we never has air conditioner working since we moved, they said they were coming to replace it but that hasn't take place at all. They don't answer my emails or calls. They don't care about their tenants. When we first moved we had no stove for 4 days and we had to buy food every day that we ended up spending 100 dollars that we never got back. Living conditions here are TERRIBLE!

    I moved out of the ****** Apartments July 11th, I was to be out of the unit by July 13th. I turned in my keys 2 days early. A few days later, I was sent a statement about, how much would be returned, from my account. I have yet to receive my refund of $626.79.

    The company is in charge of distributing water bills from the City of Bethlehem to residents. They have not given us a bill since Saturday, May 14th, 2022, meaning thecurrent bill, which is issued quarterly, is already overdue and we still have not received it. I have contacted Aion management repeatedly about this continuing problem, showed them how to solve it so they could totally eliminate it from ever happening again, and they still are unable to deliver.
