    Date of transaction: November 2022. My safety is my biggest concern and I’m filing this complaint against my landlord, AION Management/******** ** ********* at the suggestion of my local fire department and I’m currently waiting on their fire report for the following date: On March 9th at 10 pm, a firefighter knocked on my door, apartment 223 and every door in the building because smoke was reported. I was worried because my landlord has refused to fix the broken windows in my bedroom. Luckily none of the tenants had to evacuate. I moved in November 2022 and for 5 months now, my multiple requests to have the windows fixed have either been marked “complete” when no one showed up or marked “cancelled” in the resident portal. I’ve personally spoken with the property manager face to face. They have never followed up. In addition, I have asked for the broken screens in my living room to be replaced. I’m still waiting. Had it been a full-blown fire in the middle of the night and smoke made its way to my living room, it would have been impossible for me to escape from the master bedroom windows. We’re now in warmer weather and at 80 degrees outside, my bedroom feels like a hotbox. I’ve been more than patient with them. I have neither a ceiling fan, working windows, nor an AC in my bedroom, and I’m furious. All winter, I used a space heater to keep my room warm at night. And even with a high electric bill caused by the space heater, I never complained. But after the firefighter knocked on my door that night, their carelessness to fix my windows really got under my skin. The sad thing is, many of the residents here are either current or prior military, including myself. I’ve read the online reviews and I’m not alone. Military tenants deserve more respect. I’ve reached out to the AION management, and I was assigned a case # **********. They haven’t tried to resolve the problem yet either. I pay $1,476 in rent and they won't get another dollar until they do their job.

    Started when I moved in on 12/13/2022. First the dishwasher nor washing machine worked and the seal on my refrigerator is not on properly. But they got tired of me complaining about dishwasher and gave me a new one. Washing machine still don't work though.

    I've been living at The **** ***** *****, Pittsburgh. My address was ***********************, Pittsburgh, PA *********. I was suppose to receive a cheque for final adjustment for $260. I had given a new forwarding address for this cheque when i handed over the keys. The local leasing office informed me that they had sent the cheque to one of the address which i had given earlier. Leasing office should have sent that cheque to the address which i had given them when i handed over the keys to them and not to the one which i had given earlier. Later on leasing office told me that they'll reissue this cheque to me and send it to my current address. I've been following up since January 2023 for the same with the office. I had been assured 2-3 times over phone that it'll be sent to me soon. Since last 2 months they have stopped responding to my emails also now. I;m not sure how i can pursue this further to get my hard earned refund from them. Kindly help if you could. Thanks much!

    On or about December 2022 my AC/ HEATER Unit was not working. I've sent multiple maintenance request to have it addressed. It is now April and have no resulition. I do work everyday. I've requested to have this one issue addressed while I'm off. Still nothing. I've gone into the office requesting the same. I have a dog. They want me to "lock" my dog up so the can fix this issue. It's been 4 my months since they no one ever showed up. I'm not going to cage my dog 8 hours a day "hoping" they will show up. Today we visited the office, who ever was in customer service told us, "someone will there today". It's now closing hours and no one has come. It's 87 degree in my house

    To Whom It May ********** name is *************************** and I am the power of attorney over my dad **************************** His past apartment complex (********************) in ************************************************************ will not return his security deposit despite letting ** know he would get it back. His contract ended as of September 2022 and as of today 02.03.23 have still not received the security deposit. I have went to the leasing office multiple times and they have insured me that it would be taken care of and its now Feb 2023 and it still has not been received. Please further assist. This is against the law and no one will respond to emails or phone calls.

    I applied for their property *********************** in Richmond, VA on December 27th. I was told it would take up to 72 hours to get a response letting me know if I was approved or denied. They requested $255 for an application fee and holding fee. The application was never processed, on January 3rd I went to the office and asked that they cancel the application and was told they would and it would take 3-7 business days to process my refund. The application was never cancelled, they are still holding the apartment that they are not renting and I contacted Aion Management as well on January 4th and they have told me someone would be reaching out to me in 48 hours and no one has reached out to me at all. It has been 20 days since putting in an application and I can not reach anyone without going directly into the office, however, the employees in the front are unknowledgeable and very unprofessional. They have no answers, they even told me that their phones dont work. I am 7 months pregnant and this is causing me emotional distress, I have no where to go and this apartment complex and their management company have stolen money from me. I can bring that money to a place where they are willing to actually help me in my situation.

    I Was Living At *********Apartment On November 1st Of 2020. It Was Good At First But Then It Became A Nightmare. My Family Had To Deal With Noisy Tenants Above Us. When We Called On Management I Was Told To Put Headphones On. I Was 76Years Old At The Time. Then I Had Problems With The Appliances And When I Put A work Order In It Was Close To Three Weeks To Get It Fixed. In 2022 I Wanted To Get Out Of My Lease And They Complyed With Me In A Letter Stating I Wouldnt Have To Pay Any Penalty. I Told Them When I Find A Place I Would Let Them Know. I Told Them Two Weeks Ago I Was Moving Because I Found A Place. I Moved Out On January 8th. They Called Me Stating I Should Of Gave Them 60 Days Noticed, And I Would Have To Pay For January And Febuary. I Told Them They Knew I Was Out Of My Lease Since Last Year. I Told Them To Keep My Security Deposit Which Would Take Care Of What I Owed Them For January. They Said They Changed Companys And I Told Them I Have Nothin To Do With That. I Have Proof On Paper I Was Let Out Of My Lease. Febuary Of Last Year And Around October Of Last Year Mr Water Heater Busted And Water Was Flooded In My Kitchen And Living Room And They Just Patched Up The Water Heater. I Lost Alot Of Stuff But Thank Goodness I Had Renters Assurance To Covered Some Of It. When October Came Around It Happened Again Ad It Took Awhile Before Maintenance Came Around. It Was A New Crew That Was Working Ad They Had To Tell Management We Needed A New Hot Water Heater. Since Ive Been Living There I Was Suppose To Get A new Refrigerator Which I Never Received It Was Always Dripping Inside. The Kitchen Light Only One Was Working And I Had To Deal With That.I Believe There Was Mold In The Apartment After The Water Heater Burst. Because I Was Always Getting Sick. And Was Back And Forth To The Doctors. They Are Trying To Get More Money From Me Which I Dont Owe Them. I Have Heart And Kidney Disease And This Is To Much For Me. Also The Door Leading Up To My Apartment no knob

    Since last year back in march my toilet over flowed with human waste, it was all the first floor apartments where i live. i didnt get no money for the stuff i losted. it was like that for a week or two. i put work orders in and nobody showed up. as of now im in another building and its been going on two weeks and my toilet is over flowed. and in my den there is problems with the light sockets. I Called The Front Office And Still Noone Showed Up. My Ceiling Light Doesnt Work either

    Living conditions are not as promised. I have a dangerously peeling bath tub, and non working oven. Nothing has been done to resolve either of these issues. Porperty is aware of issue at hand.
