      Everything ordered has been fast shipping and fit perfect..had one order that was wrong part in box and easy return and they quickly sent correct part out..have account with them now and will continue to order from them!

      I am new to the ************** and newly discovered this site for all sorts of parts and accessories. I love the fact that Extreme Terrain gave such a turnaround delivery date on even a large, heavy item. Sure enough, they met that date, the part was exactly as described and has already been installed. This company did not merely make a sale but theyve made me a customer. I will make future purchases, especially with their XT Cash rewards. Pleasantly impressed.

      I ordered a half top kit. It came. It was not like the picture posted right next to the product. Shame on me for not reading further. I initially thought I was missing more boxes. I contacted customer service. ***** was very helpful and escalated my concerns. Turns out they initiated a return on it. I didnt want to return it! I wanted it the way it was pictured. Silly me had to go back and order the rest of the kit. ******* in customer service could have told me the picture next to the half kit was not going to get me the look I was going for, rather only the rear of the vehicle and in order to achieve the full look of the picture I would need to purchase the other kit as well. Thanks to ***** for her great phone service skills they didnt loose the sale. So I did purchase the other kit.. $1600 later I will have the entire kit, but they should update the pictures or make the details a little larger. This was a birthday gift for my husband.

      Order ********************* Ordered tires & wheels from a quote sent me from sales *** on chat line. Included free mounting & balancing. After order placed email confirmation didnt show mounting & balancing. Was too late at night to contact customer service. Next morning sales ***s confirmed no mounting & balancing on order & too late to cancel order, p***ped for shipment. Was told they dont reimburse for local mount & balance. I would have to return the tires & wheels if I didnt want ************** to get mount & balance. I left a negative review & was contacted by ******* in customer service. She agreed it was there error on the order. She immediately issued a credit to the order to cover local mount & balance. ******* was very helpful.

      Had parts missing on one of my order They didnt want to send me hardware Had to stop my build mid build I had to reorder the parts again and pay for it with express shipping , and returned the part with missing components , and had to cover express shipping out of pocket. Cost me both time and money and now my mechanic cant finish the project till the new part arrives .

      Ordered door handles. Received some kind of pump. Finally reached a "chat" site and was told the error would be corrected. THEN I received a message that I had ordered TWO sets of door handles and STILL have not been told where to send the pump that I received. How about a little human help? The site to report errors is poorly designed and difficult to find help.

      I accidentally ordered the wrong product. The box came all dented and was not properly secure. By the time it got to me it was holding on by a staple. I ordered another product and the delivery is now delayed. These have been my first purchases and its been a huge disappointment. Will not be ordering again.
