      I'm unsure I'll make future purchases from Extreme Terrain because they did not follow through on an important purchase I needed very quickly. Their website said if I ordered within 2 hours I would receive my parts 2 days later. Today is 2 days later and ***** has yet to receive the package. I could have put hasedtje same parts elsewhere for about 20% less but the parts would have arrived 4 days later. But due to extenuating circumstances, I was willing to pay the higher price in order to receive the parts sooner. I even called Extreme Terrain on the phone and spoke with a sales representative who assured me the parts were in stock and would, indeed, arrive in 2 days. So, I placed my order. Had I known that I would have to wait longer than 2 days, I would have purchased the parts elsewhere.

      Love the parts and all the products, 3 stars for that, but 2-3 weeks for delivery within the ***, thats bad. Ordered my parts back in oct-15 and delivery day looks nov-5 thats unacceptable.
