      Ordered front brake hoses for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport JL, representative said they were in stock... As these are impossible to find, asked her to double check. She said she'd call me back, and I'm still waiting... But I did get an email after I paid and after she said they were in stock indicating that they are NOT in stock. Just horrible overall customer service...

      I purchased Crossbars for my SUV. Original tracking said Florida after a week of not moving my package dispatches from ***** instead. The item arrived looked as if it was repacked and used. The three components did not assemble properly which was clear that it could not be properly assembled. After an hour with the customer service chat a return and refund was authorized. Only a partial refund was sent after they received the defective product. I'm currently chatting for the third time to get the rest of my purchase price.

      Cant beat the selection of products on this website, however, I find the website to be lacking from a technical perspective. Especially on my phone, I find the navigation on the website to lag. I end up feeling frustrated and spend less time than I normally would on the site.

      They were out of stock of my item and had no idea when they could ship it. So I'm supposed to get a refund. And I reordered another one and have not received any confirmation regarding shipping. Don't have any idea why they're asking me to write a review when so far nothing has happened.
