      I like extreme terrain for my Jeep shopping, theyre more organized than the others and ship right away.

      Bought item as a gift so I can not comment on the install/use just yet but the ordering process was about as seamless as it can get. Website was clear and easy to navigate. Items listed had great pictures, descriptions, and reviews. Placing an order on the site was easy and straight forward. Shipping was quick and up to expectations. Would recommend Extreme Terrain and will be a return customer myself.

      This company is awesome .. it really is .. **** helped me out so much. I was able to get the parts I have needed for my jeep.. I cant wait until my jeep is trail ready.. and extreme terrain is going to be helping..

      This company is large enough they dont have to give good service. I ordered a part that was missing hardware. They gave me a credit that did not cover they price of the missing parts. After accepting the credit they said that i had forfeited the warranty and the ability to send the item back. While installing the item i noticed it was missing a safety item that should have been welded on. IT IS MISSING A SAFETY FUNCTION, IS NOT LEGAL AND I CANNOT RETURN IT.

      It was a smooth transaction, great communication, shipping was fairly quick.
      Cons:
      You keep asking me to complete this survey when I havent even received the order yet. Its annoying.
      4+ emails daily is completly unnecesarry...
