      5 star - My order arrived very quickly. Ordered 5/1/2025 and received this AM, 5/3/2025. However, an item from ******** was missing parts. **** from telephone customer service efficiently and expertly walked me through the replacement process. OUTSTANDING customer service! I am a VERY happy customer and will likely order from ******************** again. *****!

      Ordered headlights for my Tundra and was initially a bit unsure about choosing the correct ones. I used the chat feature and left my contact infoRichard quickly followed up and was incredibly helpful. He confirmed the compatibility and assisted with placing the order.       We spent over $3,000 on parts from ****** for an older vehicle restoration. After acquiring the rest of the necessary parts, we took everything to our mechanic for installation. Unfortunately, both the front and rear Whiteline sway barspurchased through Throtldid not fit our vehicle, despite being listed as compatible on their website.We contacted ****** to request a refund due to this fitment issue. The representative said they would look into it. Meanwhile, we replaced the sway bars with an Eibach front and a Nolathane rear, both of which fit perfectly. When picking up the Nolathane bar directly from Zeder (Whitelines parent company), their representative told us they had not received any communication from ******. He also said that given the fitment issue, a refund would not be unreasonablebut it would need to be processed through Throtl.We shared this info and Zeders contact details with Throtl. Instead of reaching out or resolving the issue, Throtl sent a **** denial, citing missing packaging, the time passed, and product conditioneven though the issue was caused by their incorrect listing.Whats especially frustrating is that Throtl wouldnt lose a ***** helping us. ***** has no issue with the packaging and is willing to process a refund. Throtl would be reimbursed and all it would take is a short conversation. But instead of spending five minutes to assist a loyal customer, they chose to hide behind policy. Thats not customer serviceits deflection.If the parts hadnt been listed as compatible, I never would have bought them. Because of Throtls misleading info and refusal to stand behind what they sell, Im now left with $600 worth of unusable parts.Throtl appears to prioritize rigid policy over doing whats right, even when the solution is easy and cost-free to them. I recommend shopping elsewhereat a place that values its customers and stands by its service.

      Wheel Pros no longer owns Throtl.  Throtl was purchased by Turn5 (**********************).  I believe Throtl BBB account has been transferred to Turn5.

      Ordered wiper blades for my Tacoma. I got a Used Sed/WGN RH Vertical Inner WS Garnish *******. Maybe it was a mistake and they will fix it. Maybe not

      After placing and receiving numerous orders from Extreme Terrain, my account showed that I had a $10.00 credit that would be applied AUTOMATICALLY at checkout on my next purchase. Well, guess what? No way to add it manually and my $10.00 credit was AWOL. DONT MAKE BS PROMISES YOU WON'T KEEP! I can buy stuff anywhere, but service will keep me coming back. Or not.
