      Terrible experience, part advertised as shipping 1-3 day for free, it's been 4 and it hasn't even shipped yet. Don't trust them! I will never buy anything from them again!

      Took 6 months to get my items. Then my item had missing parts that are essential and its useless without. They refused to help me. All I wanted were the missing parts so I can install it.

      Bait-and-switch. False advertising.Attempted to buy a replacement rear window for a Jeep. On June 28, 2025 at about 3:30PM EST, ExtremeTerrain had it advertised for a 35% discount at $291.99. I put one in my cart and the price reverted to $449.82. I clicked on the chat option and Dylin R initially told me he could correct it. He then said it wasn't possible; that it was a "limited sale." However, the part was still advertised for $291.99 as of 4:10pm. I have screenshots if needed.

      Purchased a RedRock intake for my 2024 Jeep. Everything fit except the provided grommet for the mass airflow senser. Called Extreme Terrain for info on the companies contact info and was advised they didn't have any, asked for a possible grommet replacement and they had none. I found contact information for RedRock and have contacted them reference my issue, waiting to hear back so I can get my Jeep back on the road.

      I ordered new 4.88 gears for my wrangler was suppose to be done on a Friday but now jeep has been out of order for almost a week due to new gears being the wrong ones so now i have to wait through the emails and for them to reship the right gears kinda stressful when it is my everyday driver and i cant get the right gears over nighted so i can get it back on the road
